Si David, en bon geek qu&rsquo;il est (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.runmygeek.com\"> http:\/\/www.runmygeek.com<\/a> ) s&rsquo;est empress\u00e9 d&rsquo;acheter une paire et de la tester, j&rsquo;ai, de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 jou\u00e9 la prudence et c&rsquo;est en compagnie de Peter du site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chronofocus.com\">http:\/\/www.chronofocus.com<\/a>, importateur des <a href=\"\/blog\/vrai-test-vibram-five-fingers-kso-suite-et-fin-6132.html\"title=\"Vibram Five Fingers\" >Vibram<\/a> en France ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fivefingersfrance.com\/\">http:\/\/www.fivefingersfrance.com\/<\/a> ) que j&rsquo;ai effectu\u00e9 mes premiers pas en VFF.<\/p>\n<p>Rendez-vous donc avec le tr\u00e8s sympathique Peter \u00e0 Longchamp hier soir pour un tour de l&rsquo;hippodrome, par la route qui le contourne \u00e9videmment, soit une vingtaine de minutes de test in-situ.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape : le<strong> choix de la pointure<\/strong>. Contrairement aux chaussures de running classiques, il n&rsquo;y a pas besoin de surtailler. 44 ville = 44 Vibram et va pour le mod\u00e8le <strong>KSO<\/strong> &#8211; le m\u00eame que celui test\u00e9 par David &#8211; qui pr\u00e9sente la particularit\u00e9 de recouvrir enti\u00e8rement le dessus du pied. Je pr\u00e9cise que j&rsquo;ai le pied Grec (deuxi\u00e8me orteil plus long) mais que cela ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me en Vibram. En fait, il faut choisir sa pointure en fonction de son orteil le plus long, tout simplement. Le chausson \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s souple, il s&rsquo;adapte. Pied Egyptien -&gt; c&rsquo;est le gros orteil qui d\u00e9cide (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral -1 par rapport \u00e0 une pointure ville). En fait, contrairement \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;on pourrait penser, ce n&rsquo;est pas bien compliqu\u00e9. Il faut commencer par bien positionner les orteils en face des doigt\u00e9s puis de pousser avec le pied en prenant soin de guider avec la main les \u00e9ventuels r\u00e9calcitrants.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : <strong>alors ? KesKessadi ? <\/strong>Ben, c&rsquo;est pas mal, on est tr\u00e8s bien dedans. Le fait d&rsquo;avoir du tissu entre les orteils n&rsquo;est pas g\u00eanant du tout, j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame une impression de fra\u00eecheur que je n&rsquo;ai pas avec des chaussures \/ chaussettes standards. En plus mes orteils peuvent bouger ind\u00e9pendamment les uns des autres. C&rsquo;est amusant cette affaire. Allez, je rebouge un coup \u00e0 droite, un coup \u00e0 gauche, un coup en haut, un coup en bas &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape : comme on ne va pas passer la soir\u00e9e \u00e0 faire bouger b\u00eatement ses orteils, <strong>on va peut-\u00eatre aller courir non<\/strong> ? A\u00efe, \u00e7a va faire mal ? Tirer sur les mollets ? On va sentir la route ? On ne va pas r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 courir ? &#8230; Et bien non, non, non, non comme le chante la jeune Camelia J. , rien de cela !<\/p>\n<p>1) Bien s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;on arrive \u00e0 courir et m\u00eame tr\u00e8s facilement ! Il suffit de penser \u00e0 pencher un peu le buste vers l&rsquo;avant, comme avec des Newton. En fait, il n&rsquo;y a m\u00eame pas besoin d&rsquo;y penser car ne pas le faire, conduit \u00e0 courir sur le talon et on s&rsquo;en lasse franchement tr\u00e8s vite, sans amorti &#8230; Et imm\u00e9diatement, quelle sensation de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 en course ! Une foul\u00e9e naturelle, l\u00e9g\u00e8re et a\u00e9rienne. Je sais, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit la m\u00eame chose pour les Newton sauf qu&rsquo;ici le mot \u00ab\u00a0naturelle\u00a0\u00bb prend tout son sens : aucun artifice pour courir sur l&rsquo;avant du pied.<\/p>\n<p>2) On ne \u00ab\u00a0sent\u00a0\u00bb pas la route car on court naturellement sur l&rsquo;avant du pied, zone con\u00e7ue par Dieu ou Darwin ou qui\/quoi que vous voulez, \u00e0 cet effet, m\u00eame si elle s&rsquo;est atrophi\u00e9e, la faute aux \u00e9quipementiers. Bien entendu, et je l&rsquo;ai volontairement test\u00e9 expr\u00e8s pour vous, si vous passez sur des cailloux, vous les sentirez, mais sans risque de blessure, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fine semelle de protection.<\/p>\n<p>3) Aucun tirage de mollet et &#8230; l\u00e0, lisez bien ce qui suit &#8211; il faut le ressentir pour le croire &#8211; : vous savez que je souffre depuis quelques temps d&rsquo;une douleur sous le pied, que j&rsquo;avais attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;abus de Newton, douleur que j&rsquo;ai encore sentie ce midi en salle de gym lors de mes 200 squats, et bien, en Vibram, cette douleur a totalement disparu !!!<\/p>\n<p>En fait, pour r\u00e9sumer &#8211; Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric C., ne lis pas ce qui suit s&rsquo;il te pla\u00eet &#8211; les Vibram, c&rsquo;est G-E-N-I-A-L !!!<\/p>\n<p>On va encore me reprocher d&rsquo;\u00eatre dithyrambique mais honn\u00eatement, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duit, envo\u00fbt\u00e9, subjugu\u00e9 &#8230; par ces chaussures. Comment ai-je pu m&rsquo;en passer et courir pendant des ann\u00e9es avec des mod\u00e8les airbaggis\u00e9s \u00e0 grands coups de gels, xpr\u00e8ne, super-amort &#8230; alors que rien n&rsquo;est plus naturel que de courir \u00ab\u00a0pieds nus\u00a0\u00bb ? &#8230; tout en ayant, contrairement aux vrais barefooters, l&rsquo;assurance d&rsquo;\u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 des salet\u00e9s qui tra\u00eenent par une semelle.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous en avez l&rsquo;occasion, essayez des Vibram, vous les adopterez bien vite !
