D&rsquo;ailleurs on retrouve parfois des similitudes avec les m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;entrainement en <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> ou interval training. Pour moi, ces m\u00e9thodes utilisent les m\u00eames \u00e9l\u00e9ments physiologiques mais de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, si l&rsquo;on traduit litt\u00e9ralement le mot Fartlek cela signifie \u00ab\u00a0jeu de vitesse\u00a0\u00bb et selon moi le Fartlek doit donc apporter un mode ludique. Alors quand je vois une s\u00e9ance de Fartlek qui se r\u00e9sume a un fractionn\u00e9 long \u00e0 90\u00a8%, je ne vois pas le cot\u00e9 ludique&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Il faut garder \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit les bases de l&rsquo;entrainement : l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de pousser un peu la machine (dans notre cas le coeur) par rapport \u00e0 votre train standard. La fr\u00e9quence cardiaque de votre coeur peut monter de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons : soit parce que le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 augmente, soit parce que vous courez plus vite.<\/p>\n<p>Le Fartlek cela peut commencer en groupe, entre amis&#8230; on se tire la bourre en se disant : premier en haut de la c\u00f4te. C&rsquo;est un peu la m\u00e9thode de cyclistes : on se fait une sortie entre amis et de temps en temps on se lance dans un sprint ou dans un col le plus vite possible. Voil\u00e0 l&rsquo;aspect ludique&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Il faut donc essayer de trouver vos sensations en essayant d&rsquo;aller toujours un peu au del\u00e0 de votre zone de confort. Faire un footing classique \u00e0 un train dans lequel vous \u00eates bien sans trop donner et ensuite quand vous sentez pr\u00eat essayer d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sans aller trop vite mais vous devez sentir que c&rsquo;est plus dur, que vous vous essoufflez.\u00a0 Donnez vous un objectif : le prochain virage, le bout de la rue, le prochain arr\u00eat de bus,&#8230; Si vous sentez encore bien, allez un peu plus loin.<\/p>\n<p>Gardons l&rsquo;aspect ludique mais essayez tout de m\u00eame de pousser un peu la machine, si vous restez trop dans votre zone de confort vous n&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer pas vos performances.
