Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de West Virginia aux \u00c9tats-Unis confirme que les \u00e9tudiants du ChiRunning peuvent se pr\u00e9munir de blessures r\u00e9currentes en employant la m\u00e9thode du ChiRunning<\/p>\n<p>Si ca c\u2019est pas le l\u2019info !!! de plus si vous etes \u201c zen \u201c , vous \u00e9vitez l\u2019ulc\u00e8re \ud83d\ude09 , et vos jambes de gazelle , muscl\u00e9es en b\u00eaton forg\u00e9 !!!!!<\/p>\n<p>Suivant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es de pratique de la course \u00e0 pied, Danny Dreyer se mit \u00e0 \u00e9tudier le TaiChi avec le ma\u00eetre George Xu \u00e0 San Francisco. Des ann\u00e9es de pratique du TaiChi lui ont permis de combiner les techniques issues du TaiChi avec sa pratique de la course \u00e0 pied, en particulier le scanning du corps et l&rsquo;alignement correct.<\/p>\n<p>La technique !!!!!<\/p>\n<p>1. Des exercices de relaxation du corps similaires au Chi Gong avant la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>2. L&rsquo;alignement du corps en colonne verticale.<\/p>\n<p>3. Un port du corps pench\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;avant pendant la course de sorte que le coureur soit tir\u00e9 par la<\/p>\n<p>gravitation.<\/p>\n<p>4. L&rsquo;atterrissage \u00e0 chaque pas sur la plante du pied.<\/p>\n<p>5. L&rsquo;ouverture de la foul\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>6. La minimisation du mouvement de bras et la pr\u00e9vention des bras de croiser la ligne centrale du corps.<\/p>\n<p>7. Le maintien d&rsquo;une cadence de course fix\u00e9e de bout en bout de la course (utilisation d&rsquo;un m\u00e9tronome).<\/p>\n<p>8. L&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et la d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration en changeant la longueur de la foul\u00e9e, non la cadence.<\/p>\n<p>9. La relaxation du corps, en particulier les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s basses.<\/p>\n<p>10. Le scanning du corps afin d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer l&rsquo;inconfort, la tension, ou la douleur.<\/p>\n<p>11.
