Si j&rsquo;ai des notions rudimentaires dans cette discipline, mon amour de la bonne bouffe fait que j&rsquo;ai souvent des petits \u00e9carts sur le r\u00e9gime id\u00e9al du coureurs. Glucides, lipides, prot\u00e9ines, acides gras,&#8230; Il y a une r\u00e9elle complexit\u00e9 \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender l&rsquo;ensemble des complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a de nombreux livres qui abordent ces notions. J&rsquo;ai lu plusieurs ouvrages sur le sujet et j&rsquo;ai toujours pens\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il manquait des \u00e9l\u00e9ments : soit trop scientifique, soit trop de recettes et pas de notions,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cemment trouv\u00e9 un livre qui aborde le sujet de mani\u00e8re moderne et compl\u00e8te : des fiches techniques avec les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s, des recettes pour les diff\u00e9rents stades de la pr\u00e9paration et de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, des t\u00e9moignages de sportifs pour agr\u00e9menter le tout.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>L&rsquo;assiette du sportif<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb c&rsquo;est son titre propose une vue simple et globale de la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique du sportif.<\/p>\n<p>Une approche tr\u00e8s tendance, on retrouve une approche qu&rsquo;on retrouve en ce moment sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux : la part belle est fait \u00e0 l&rsquo;avocat, le quinoa, riz complet, spiruline, muesli, l\u00e9gumineux,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Un livre \u00e0 lire dans un premier temps pour bien int\u00e9grer les grandes lignes de la nutrition, d\u00e9couvrir des sportifs et leur fa\u00e7on de manger, et le garder sous la main pour ensuite prendre des recettes \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.
