En effet, cet \u00e9t\u00e9 le gouvernement a annonc\u00e9 que le certificat m\u00e9dical sera d\u00e9sormais valable 3 ans et valable pour tous les sports. Mon m\u00e9decin sera donc content car je vais lui demander un certificat au lieu de 3… hormis si vous faites certains sport comme le parachutisme, la boxe ou la plong\u00e9e sous-marine.<\/p>\n

Au passage, si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait du parachutisme, le certificat doit \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par un m\u00e9decin certifi\u00e9 par la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise de parachute. Donc le certificat de votre g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste ne suffit pas dans ce cas. Alors si la boxe vous demande un certificat tous les ans, le judo lui fait partie des sports g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes et le certificat sera valable 3 ans.<\/p>\n

Mais ce qui nous int\u00e9resse c’est le fameux certificat que l’on doit amener \u00e0 chaque course\u00a0 ? J’avoue je n’ai pas envie de me licencier \u00e0 la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration juste pour contourner ce d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n

Pour l’instant : OUI. En effet, la directive qui est sortie dans l’\u00e9t\u00e9 pour favoriser l’acc\u00e8s au sport (dixit le gouvernement) surtout pour la prise de licence et ainsi simplifier les d\u00e9marches des clubs pour licencier des nouveaux adh\u00e9rents. La majorit\u00e9 des courses d\u00e9pendants de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise d’athl\u00e9tisme doivent suivre le r\u00e9gl\u00e9ment des courses hors stade.<\/p>\n

Dans le guide d’organisation, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration indique \u00e0 l’organisateur qu’il doit conserver \u00ab\u00a0un certificat m\u00e9dical de non contre-indication \u00e0 la pratique de l’Athl\u00e9tisme en comp\u00e9tition ou de la course \u00e0 pied en comp\u00e9tition, datant de moins de un an \u00e0 la date de la comp\u00e9tition, ou de sa copie\u00a0\u00bb. Tout en pr\u00e9cisant \u00ab\u00a0Aucun autre document ne peut \u00eatre accept\u00e9 pour attester de la possession du certificat m\u00e9dical\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Et le meilleur dans tout \u00e7a, c’est que l’organisateur doit conserver ces certificats m\u00e9dicaux pendant 10 ans apr\u00e8s la comp\u00e9tition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 pour le moment, il n’y a aucun changement dans les r\u00e8glements de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration sur ce point et bien souvent au del\u00e0 des contraintes de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration, les assureurs peuvent \u00e9galement exig\u00e9s ce type de documents…<\/p>\n

En gros pour prendre une licence c’est plus simple mais pour les courses le probl\u00e8me reste entier.<\/p>\n
