M\u00eame si il m&rsquo;arrive r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d&rsquo;\u00eatre r\u00e9veill\u00e9 en pleine nuit et de ne pas retrouver le sommeil, j&rsquo;avoue que je n&rsquo;ai aucun probl\u00e8me pour m&rsquo;endormir. Alors si votre question est : Prends-tu des somnif\u00e8res ? C&rsquo;est tout simple : Non. La raison est \u00e9vidente : je me fatigue bien la journ\u00e9e et en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral je m&rsquo;endors comme un b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;en d\u00e9duis que c&rsquo;est mes activit\u00e9s sportives qui me font br\u00fbler des calories et me fatigue, je dors ainsi bien mieux. Comment puis-je en \u00eatre s\u00fbr ? c&rsquo;est simple : si pour une raison ou une autre j&rsquo;ai 2 ou 3 jours sans faire de sport, je vois tout de suite la diff\u00e9rence, j&rsquo;ai un peu plus de mal \u00e0 m&rsquo;endormir, je perds le rythme et je vais au lit plus tard car je suis moins fatigu\u00e9&#8230; et c&rsquo;est la spirale n\u00e9gative&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le plus important reste la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. Il faut se fixer un rythme (non pas pour courir) mais pour s&rsquo;entrainer et aller au lit \u00e0 heures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Au d\u00e9part, forcer votre corps sur le rythme voulu : se lever t\u00f4t pour faire du sport le matin peut \u00eatre un bon compromis.<\/p>\n<p>Faire du sport et plus particuli\u00e8rement courir aura ainsi deux avantages : g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l&rsquo;endorphine qui vous fera vous sentir bien et ensuite vous serez bien fatigu\u00e9 pour aller au lit et passer une bonne nuit.
