{"id":5152,"date":"2010-04-13T04:00:54","date_gmt":"2010-04-13T03:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/?p=5152"},"modified":"2024-02-20T06:28:23","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T05:28:23","slug":"700-km-et-le-marathon-de-paris-en-newton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/700-km-et-le-marathon-de-paris-en-newton-5152.html","title":{"rendered":"700 km et le Marathon de Paris en NEWTON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nous voici arriv\u00e9s au terme de ce Vrai &#8211; et long &#8211; Test des Newton Running Stability Trainer. 9 semaines de plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement Bruno Heubi et le Marathon de Paris en 3h13&rsquo;05\u00a0\u00bb, soit peu ou prou 700 kilom\u00e8tres parcourus et donc beaucoup de mati\u00e8re pour formaliser un jugement que je pense assez d\u00e9finitif.<\/p>\n<p>La traditionnelle photo de la semelle, avant toute chose. Alors oui, cette fois, on peut dire qu&rsquo;elles sont bien us\u00e9es ! En plus, je les ai compar\u00e9es \u00e0 des neuves lors de la Marathon Expo, j&rsquo;ai donc bien vu la diff\u00e9rence, peu flatteuse.\u00a0Les \u00ab\u00a0patins\u00a0\u00bb constituant la zone d&rsquo;impact sont bien rabot\u00e9s &#8211; ce qui me permet accessoirement de voir que je cours sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des pieds &#8211; et ont perdu beaucoup de leur efficacit\u00e9 initiale. Il est int\u00e9ressant de constater que la partie avant de la semelle, sous la pointe des pieds, est-elle aussi tr\u00e8s ab\u00eem\u00e9e, ce qui prouve que les Newton font bien \u00ab\u00a0courir sur la pointe\u00a0\u00bb. Je consid\u00e8re que vu leur \u00e9tat d&rsquo;usure les chaussures ne sont plus, \u00e0 partir de maintenant, utilisables, m\u00eame si j&rsquo;ai battu dimanche mon meilleur temps sur marathon de 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt12.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5174\" title=\"newt1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt12-300x189.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt12-300x189.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt12.jpg 715w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5175\" title=\"newt2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt2-300x147.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt2-300x147.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/newt2.jpg 932w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Je ne reviens pas dans le d\u00e9tail sur les plus et les moins que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9s dans de nomnbreux articles. En guide de rappel :<br \/>\n&#8211; les plus : modification profonde de la foul\u00e9e, l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 en course, moindre fatigue, efficacit\u00e9. La preuve, mon temps au MDP !<br \/>\n&#8211; les moins : au-del\u00e0 d&rsquo;une certaine distance de course (30 km) on commence \u00e0 franchement \u00ab\u00a0sentir\u00a0\u00bb la zone d&rsquo;impact, j&rsquo;ai pu encore le constater dimanche \u00e0 partir du 32e kilom\u00e8tres, mal aux genous \u00e9galement sur les 3 derniers kilos. Autre moins, pour certains, le temps d&rsquo;adaptation &#8211; douleurs aux mollets au d\u00e9part &#8211; que personnellement je n&rsquo;ai pas connu. Le prix tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 peut lui\u00a0aussi \u00eatre rang\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie des moins.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s tous ces kilom\u00e8tres sans quitter les Stability Trainer &#8211; c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un test -, j&rsquo;ai pas mal r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la meilleure fa\u00e7on de les utiliser pour progresser. Et, si je devais en racheter, ce que je ferai sans aucun doute &#8211; le mod\u00e8le Racer cette fois &#8211; je pense que je panacherais avec deux autres mod\u00e8les, un mod\u00e8le de type comp\u00e9tition, avec peu d&rsquo;amorti (des adizero adios par exemple) et un mod\u00e8le endurance (des Saucony GetGo toujours par exemple). Sur ma semaine d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement classique \u00e0 4 s\u00e9ances, je proc\u00e9derais comme suit :<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> : en adizero adios. Je l&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 mais je n&rsquo;ai pas jug\u00e9 les Newton efficaces dans cet exercice : impossible de \u00ab\u00a0griffer\u00a0\u00bb comme un sprinter.<br \/>\n&#8211; EMA (Endurance Maxi A\u00e9robie &#8211; fractionn\u00e9 long) : en Newton, pour continuer \u00e0 bosser la foul\u00e9e sur des s\u00e9quences assez longues (&gt;15 minutes).<br \/>\n&#8211; EF (1 heure) : en Saucony<br \/>\n&#8211; Sortie \u00ab\u00a0longue\u00a0\u00bb : en fonction de la distance pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Pour un 10 ou un semi, alternante Newton \/ adizero. Pour un marathon, alternance Saucony \/ adizero.<br \/>\nEn comp\u00e9tition, j&rsquo;aurais tendance \u00e0 chausser les Newton sur le 10 ou le Semi car\u00a0ces distances\u00a0sont parfaitement adapt\u00e9es et les adizero sur le marathon pour leur l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit de cette douleur persistante sous le pied, je reste enthousiasm\u00e9 par les Newton &#8211; je n&rsquo;aurais simplement pas d\u00fb les porter au-del\u00e0 de 30km &#8211; et des progr\u00e8s fulgurants qu&rsquo;elles m&rsquo;ont fait accomplir en modifiant en profondeur ma foul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, j&rsquo;en recommande \u00e0 tous les coureurs l&rsquo;achat, sachant qu&rsquo;il existe, dans la gamme, des mod\u00e8les plus faciles d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s qui permettent une transition plus en douceur. Achat, oui, mais pas pour les utiliser en permanence. Les consid\u00e9rer comme un moyen, un accessoire, pour parvenir \u00e0 une fin :\u00a0am\u00e9liorer sa foul\u00e9e.
