Waow ! Il fallait imm\u00e9diatement que j&rsquo;en sache plus alors c&rsquo;est parti pour une petite interview de J\u00e9r\u00e9my, puisque c&rsquo;est de lui qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit :<\/p>\n<p>1) Depuis quand cours-tu en Vibram ?<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 la transition en juin 2009.<\/p>\n<p>2) Comment t&rsquo;es venue cette id\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une immobilisation de plus d&rsquo;un mois l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue d&rsquo;une tendinite au tendon d&rsquo;Achille suite au marathon de Paris. Quand on n&rsquo;a plus que la natation et qu&rsquo;on r\u00eave de course \u00e0 pied la nuit, on cherche, on veut comprendre pourquoi. Qu&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai fait pour m\u00e9riter \u00e7a? Les chaussures \u00e9taient suppos\u00e9es \u00eatre de bonne qualit\u00e9 avec un faible kilom\u00e9trage, avec aussi des semelles orthop\u00e9diques pour corriger une\u00a0 forte pronation, l&rsquo;hydratation correcte et un volume d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> pas exceptionnel &#8230;<br \/>\nPar hasard, je suis tomb\u00e9 sur cet article: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/home\/moslive\/article-1170253\/The-painful-truth-trainers-Are-expensive-running-shoes-waste-money.html\">http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/home\/moslive\/article-1170253\/The-painful-truth-trainers-Are-expensive-running-shoes-waste-money.html<\/a> . A partir de l\u00e0 le doute s&rsquo;est install\u00e9.<br \/>\nQuand j&rsquo;ai vu qu&rsquo;il y en a m\u00eame qui courent le marathon pieds nus comme Ken Bob,<a href=\"http:\/\/therunningbarefoot.com\"> http:\/\/therunningbarefoot.com<\/a> j&rsquo;ai carr\u00e9ment dout\u00e9. En parall\u00e8le je me suis aussi int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 des techniques de course \u00e0 pied comme Pose (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.posetech.com\/\">http:\/\/www.posetech.com\/<\/a>) ou ChiRunning (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chirunning.com\/\">http:\/\/www.chirunning.com\/<\/a>)<br \/>\nJe me suis achet\u00e9 ma premi\u00e8re paire de VFF et la lecture de Born to Run de Christoper McDougall (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/Born-Run-Hidden-Superathletes-Greatest\/dp\/0307266303\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=english-books&amp;qid=1271071647&amp;sr=8-1\">Lien Amazon<\/a>) \u00e0 fini de me convaincre.<\/p>\n<p>3) Les utilises-tu en permanence ou uniquement sur certaines s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement ?<\/p>\n<p>Je les utilise maintenant en permanence. Je cours aussi de temps en temps en chaussure de trail de comp\u00e9tition (toujours pour \u00e9viter le surplus d&rsquo;amorti) quand je m&rsquo;aventure en dehors du bitume. Quand les chemins ne sont pas trop remplis de pierres, je suis capable de les \u00e9viter mais avec la fatigue c&rsquo;est plus difficile sur des longues distances..<\/p>\n<p>4) Que t-ont apport\u00e9 ces chaussures r\u00e9volutionnaires ?<\/p>\n<p>La certitude d&rsquo;avoir une meilleur foul\u00e9e, plus efficace, plus naturelle et donc moins agressive pour les articulations. D&rsquo;ailleurs je ne me souviens plus de la derni\u00e8re fois\u00a0 ou j&rsquo;ai eu mal aux genoux<\/p>\n<p>5) Jamais de blessure ?<\/p>\n<p>Si, un d\u00e9but de tendinite au talon d&rsquo;Achille il y a 3 semaines.\u00a0 A mon avis c&rsquo;etait plus li\u00e9 \u00e0 mon volume d&rsquo;entrainement que j&rsquo;ai voulu augmenter. D&rsquo;ailleurs l&rsquo;avantage de courir en VFF, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;on ne plus attribuer une douleur ou une blessure \u00e0 une mauvaise chaussure ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure de ces derni\u00e8res. En pr\u00e9vention j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 faire sauter 2 semaines de mon entrainement pour le marathon.<\/p>\n<p>Un des avantages de courir en VFF est qu&rsquo;on \u00e9vite que les tendons se raccourcissent comme le talon descend tout en bas. Du coup j&rsquo;ai fait l&rsquo;impasse sur les \u00e9tirements en pensant que mes tendons n&rsquo;en n&rsquo;avaient plus besoin. Je n&rsquo;aurais peut-etre pas d\u00fb. Apr\u00e8s tout, on efface pas des ann\u00e9es de port de chaussures en si peu de temps.<\/p>\n<p>6) T&rsquo;a-t-il fallu un long temps d&rsquo;adaptation ?<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but j&rsquo;alternais avec des Mizuno Wave Rider (sans mes semelles pour corriger ma pronation). Quand je me suis aper\u00e7u que je n&rsquo;avais plus de douleurs avec ces derni\u00e8res, je savais que je tenais le bon bout: ma foul\u00e9e s&rsquo;\u00e9tait probablement modifi\u00e9e. Ensuite j&rsquo;ai altern\u00e9 avec des chaussures de comp\u00e9tition pour le 10km NB RC152: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.posetech.com\/runningshoes\/archives\/000568.html\">http:\/\/www.posetech.com\/runningshoes\/archives\/000568.html<\/a> sur des distances sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 20kms.<br \/>\nFinalement la transition \u00e9tait presque faite vers Octobre 2009. Cependant pour les distances sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 25km j&rsquo;\u00e9tais plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise avec les NB et ce n&rsquo;est que tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment que j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser mes sorties longues en VFF. Donc aujourd&rsquo;hui apr\u00e8s 10 mois, on peut dire que la transition est termin\u00e9e. J&rsquo;imagine que cela peut prendre moins de temps chez d&rsquo;autres.<\/p>\n<p>7) Tu viens de courir le Marathon de Paris en VFF. Premi\u00e8res impressions ? Penses-tu que tu aurais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le m\u00eame temps en chaussures traditionnelles ?<\/p>\n<p>Bilan plut\u00f4t positif. Juste 3 ampoules :-). Finalement je me sens moins cass\u00e9 que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Ceci dit, je me suis aussi plus entrain\u00e9 alors c&rsquo;est difficile d&rsquo;attribuer mon \u00e9tat \u00e0 mes VFF.
