Un petit d\u00e9tail peut vous emp\u00eacher de prendre le d\u00e9part. En course \u00e0 pied, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;arbitres mais en triathlon ils sont pr\u00e9sents : avant le d\u00e9part et aussi pendant la course. Ils sont l\u00e0 pour faire respecter le r\u00e8glement (interdiction de jeter des gels sur la route, de faire du drafting,&#8230;) mais aussi pour contr\u00f4ler votre mat\u00e9riel pour votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (bouchon de guidon bien pr\u00e9sent, casque correct,&#8230;). En course \u00e0 pied, vous prenez le d\u00e9part et vous finissez avec le m\u00eame mat\u00e9riel (je fais simple car on va trouver les ultra-trails avec mat\u00e9riel obligatoire). En triathlon, c&rsquo;est plus complexe : vous d\u00e9posez une partie de votre mat\u00e9riel dans le parc \u00e0 v\u00e9lo et vous y reviendrez \u00e0 chaque transition.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas rigoureux, vous pouvez vite oublier quelque chose : des lunettes de natation (faisable sans mais compliqu\u00e9), vos chaussures de running (faisable sans mais compliqu\u00e9), vos chaussures de v\u00e9lo (l\u00e0 \u00e7a va devenir compliqu\u00e9), votre porte dossard 3 points : l\u00e0 l&rsquo;arbitre va vous arr\u00eater !<\/p>\n<p>Pour le d\u00e9part, vous devez avoir sur vous :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u0001Combinaison de natation\u00a0: l\u00e0 encore il y a des r\u00e8gles en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;eau, la combinaison est obligatoire en dessous de 17 degr\u00e9s.\u00a0\u0001<\/li>\n<li>Lunettes de natation : indispensable, personnellement je suis incapable de nager sans.<\/li>\n<li>Trifonction : c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s pratique et c&rsquo;est facultatif mais franchement c&rsquo;est indispensable<\/li>\n<li>Serviette : au minimum pour vous essuyer les pieds avant de monter sur le v\u00e9lo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A pr\u00e9parer pour la transition vers le v\u00e9lo :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e9lo avec un petit kit de r\u00e9paration (outils, chambre \u00e0 air,&#8230;) soit vous trouvez un truc tout fait qui se loge sous la selle sinon moi j&rsquo;ai un minimum que je mets dans un bidon \u00e0 eau.<\/li>\n<li>Un porte-dossard avec 3 points d&rsquo;attache (o\u00f9 vous fixerez votre dossard) : ca peut d\u00e9pendre de la course, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez \u00e0 demander ou v\u00e9rifiez le r\u00e8glement.<\/li>\n<li>Casque : obligatoire sinon les arbitres ne vous laissent pas sortir du parc \u00e0 v\u00e9lo<\/li>\n<li>Lunettes (soit blanches soit de soleil) pour le vent de face et l&rsquo;\u00e9ventuel soleil<\/li>\n<li>Chaussures : soit pour p\u00e9dales automatiques soit les chaussures que vous utiliserez sur la course \u00e0 pied (avec ou sans chaussettes mais je conseille avec et pour les enfiler plus vite : roulez les)<\/li>\n<li>A boire : soit des bidons (sur le cadre ou sur le guidon) soit un camelbak (pour le VTT c&rsquo;est mieux car sur un chemin technique c&rsquo;est toujours dur de chopper les bidons)<\/li>\n<li>A manger : les vrais pros scotchent leurs barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou leurs gels sur le cadre du v\u00e9lo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A pr\u00e9parer pour la transition vers la course \u00e0 pied :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Casquette<\/li>\n<li>Chaussures de running<\/li>\n<li>en fonction de la distance des gels \u00e0 mettre dans les poches arri\u00e8res de votre trifonction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/la-checklist-du-triathlete-51258.html\"><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/checklist-triathlete-150x150.jpg\" class=\"alignleft tfe wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/checklist-triathlete-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/checklist-triathlete-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><p>A la diff\u00e9rence de la course \u00e0 pied, le triathlon demande une organisation sans faille.
