Vous n&rsquo;avez pas forc\u00e9ment envie de faire des longues s\u00e9ances de nage (car vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas un bon nageur ou tout simplement pas rassurer de nager en eau libre).<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne sont pas anglophone mais plut\u00f4t anglophobe, le water running est l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de courir dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>En effet,\u00a0l&rsquo;eau offre de nombreux avantages : elle porte en grand partie votre poids, limite les solicitations sur les articulations de vos jambes et offre une r\u00e9sistance aux mouvements bien diff\u00e9rente de l&rsquo;air.\u00a0Il est donc int\u00e9ressant de s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment pour en profiter pleinement et faire une s\u00e9ance \u00e0 la plage tout en ayant \u00e0 l&rsquo;oeil le petit dernier qui fait son ch\u00e2teau de sable.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez faire de nombreux exercices dans l&rsquo;eau, vous remarquerez assez vite que c&rsquo;est beaucoup plus fatiguant (la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;eau est tr\u00e8s forte) mais au niveau des articulations c&rsquo;est beaucoup plus reposant.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des param\u00e8tres sur lequel vous pouvez jouer (plus facilement \u00e0 la plage qu&rsquo;en piscine), c&rsquo;est la hauteur d&rsquo;eau :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>au dessus de la cheville<\/li>\n<li>au dessus du genou<\/li>\n<li>au dessus des hanches<\/li>\n<li>au niveau du cou<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez par exemple pratiquer l&rsquo;ensemble des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/les-educatifs-en-course-a-pied-36841.html\">\u00e9ducatifs de course \u00e0 pied<\/a> avec de l&rsquo;eau au dessus de la cheville voire au dessus du genou si vous \u00eates bien en forme.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement faire une s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> dans l&rsquo;eau du type 30 \/ 30 en utilisant au maximum les bras pour vous propulser, essayez d&rsquo;avoir un geste le plus propre possible et ne pas finir en gesticulant dans tous les sens. \u00a0Plus la hauteur d&rsquo;eau est important et plus l&rsquo;eau vous opposera\u00a0une forte r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait de courir dans une hauteur juste au dessus de la cheville vous permet de\u00a0travailler les mont\u00e9es de genoux car vous serez plus efficaces en sortant les pieds de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous revenez d&rsquo;une blessure, vous pouvez reprendre tranquillement dans l&rsquo;eau, les impacts seront moins fort et vous pourrez faire travailler le cardio.<\/p>\n<p>Vous vous sentirez peut \u00eatre un peu ridicule au d\u00e9but, mais qui n&rsquo;est pas ridicule \u00e0 la plage \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/water-running-plage-renforcement-musculaire-50943.html\"><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/recuperer-piscine-150x150.jpg\" class=\"alignleft tfe wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/recuperer-piscine-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/recuperer-piscine-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><p>Profitez du beau temps et des vacances loin de chez soi pour se reposer : bien s\u00fbr, mais vous pouvez aussi pour varier un peu les s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.
