Des centaines d&rsquo;heures d&rsquo;entrainement pour ce petit moment tr\u00e8s personnel, tr\u00e8s \u00e9go\u00efste aussi,&#8230;et tr\u00e8s court mais qui vous rempli de fiert\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Fiert\u00e9 de l&rsquo;avoir fait, d&rsquo;\u00eatre arriv\u00e9 au bout mais aussi fiert\u00e9 de toute cette pr\u00e9paration. Il en est de m\u00eame pour tous les sports, actuellement je travaille aussi mes katas de judo pour monter en grade et chaque fois \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrainement c&rsquo;est des centaines de chutes, avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge c&rsquo;est de plus en plus dur de chuter m\u00eame si on le fait depuis notre plus jeune \u00e2ge&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mais voil\u00e0 cette limite que je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais fix\u00e9 ou qu&rsquo;on m&rsquo;avait fix\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai envie de la passer, d&rsquo;aller plus loin, plus haut, plus fort. Cela devient le moteur de la motivation, je peux le faire, repousser cette limite encore une fois pour aller encore plus loin. Je ne veux pas me limiter \u00e0 ce que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait, je veux faire plus&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est incroyable comme cette recherche de petites victoires personnelles peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer toute cette motivation.<\/p>\n<p>Toi aussi tu veux repousser tes limites, fais un bilan, sors de ta zone de confort et entraine toi pour faire mieux, uniquement pour toi, pour ta satifaction, ton plaisir. Cela doit \u00eatre une bataille personnelle, un chemin croix qui va t&rsquo;enrichir, te donner de l&rsquo;assurance dans ta vie de tous les jours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repousse tes limites et fixe toi
