Cela permettra de terminer la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9preuves de triathlon qui vont arriver prochainement et plus particuli\u00e8rement le X-Terra (\u00e9preuve de triathlon cross-country). Durant l&rsquo;hiver, il est toujours compliqu\u00e9 de faire du v\u00e9lo : route humide, boue sur les chemins, pluie, neige et froid&#8230; Pour aller courir, cela ne me pose pas de probl\u00e8me mais j&rsquo;avoue que sur le v\u00e9lo j&rsquo;ai plus de mal : risques de chute, froid avec la vitesse,&#8230; et j&rsquo;en passe.<\/p>\n<p>Cet hiver, j&rsquo;ai pris la d\u00e9cision de m&rsquo;offrir un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/home-trainer-moderne-48147.html\">home trainer<\/a> sans grande conviction mais pour en faire de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Les premiers <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainements<\/a> furent difficiles mais n&rsquo;ayant pas pratiqu\u00e9 le v\u00e9lo pendant l&rsquo;automne et la pr\u00e9paration du marathon, j&rsquo;ai finalement trouv\u00e9 cela assez logique.<\/p>\n<p>En reprenant les sorties VTT cette semaine, j&rsquo;ai repris une partie de parcours classique que je connais bien. J&rsquo;aime travailler sur des parcours que je connais bien cela permet de comparer facilement ses sensations. En v\u00e9lo, c&rsquo;est encore plus simple, il suffit de voir quelle vitesse on utilise pour monter un c\u00f4te.<\/p>\n<p>Aucun doute, je me suis fait plaisir. La m\u00e9canique demande encore quelques r\u00e9glages au niveau des freins et du passage des vitesses. Il va \u00e9galement falloir reprendre la technique de conduite qui est si sp\u00e9cifique au VTT. Mais la caisse et les jambes sont l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais peur de cette reprise si tardive \u00e0 seulement deux mois de mon objectif principal mais finalement les dures heures pass\u00e9es sur le home trainer \u00e0 rouler dans le vide ont eu un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. J&rsquo;ai eu une \u00e9tonnante impression de facilit\u00e9 par rapport au home trainer.
