Avec le peu d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience que j&rsquo;ai, je me suis rendu compte que la fatigue d&rsquo;une \u00e9preuve de triathlon est diff\u00e9rente d&rsquo;une course \u00e0 pied, du fait que le v\u00e9lo et la natation sont des sports port\u00e9s. En course \u00e0 pied, c&rsquo;est un facteur connu vous ne courrez pas un marathon avant le jour du marathon, cette distance reste donc l&rsquo;inconnue.<\/p>\n<p>Par contre, en triathlon c&rsquo;est plus ou moins g\u00e9rable (bien s\u00fbr j&rsquo;oublie les formats ironman, L ou XL) mais jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 M cela me semble g\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Le concept que j&rsquo;appelle Triday est l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de reproduire en une journ\u00e9e l&rsquo;effort qui est consenti lors d&rsquo;un triathlon, cela signifie faire 3 entrainements dans une seule journ\u00e9e. La diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans le fait que vous avez le temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer entre les s\u00e9quences.<\/p>\n<p>Forc\u00e9ment pour reproduire l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;une course M, il faut compter plusieurs heures dans la journ\u00e9e et si comme moi, vous calez cela sur une journ\u00e9e de boulot, je peux vous assurer que vous serez ravi de retrouver votre lit le soir.<\/p>\n<p>Peu importe l&rsquo;ordre d&rsquo;enchainement des entrainements, faites comme vous voulez dans la mesure o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;y a pas de notions de transitions. Je vous explique mon triday comme je le fais actuellement : je me l\u00e8ve entre 5h40 et 6h00, je prends un l\u00e9g\u00e8re collation (boire et manger une banane par exemple) et je vais courir 8 \u00e0 10 km sans <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> pr\u00e9cise encore une fois tout \u00e0 la sensation. Durant ma pause d\u00e9jeuner, je vais \u00e0 la piscine et je fais 1 \u00e0 2 kilom\u00e8tres en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat. Le soir, je vais sur mon home trainer en me disant que je fais minimum 20 kilom\u00e8tres et j&rsquo;essaye forc\u00e9ment d&rsquo;en faire plus, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;avantage et l&rsquo;inconv\u00e9nient : on s&rsquo;arr\u00eate quand on veut.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;essaye de faire \u00e7a une fois tous les 15 jours et je compare les donn\u00e9es pour voir si il y a de l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration pour l&rsquo;instant, \u00e7a va dans le bon sens.
