Depuis 2 jours, je me sentais mieux j&rsquo;avais profit\u00e9 du week-end et du soleil pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer. Je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais couch\u00e9 t\u00f4t et je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9 en forme juste avant le r\u00e9veil : 5h45 pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis. Une habitude que je pratique depuis tr\u00e8s longtemps et qui convient bien \u00e0 mon rythme de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Tout semblait au vert et pourtant&#8230; J&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;impression de me tra\u00eener sur 8 kilom\u00e8tres et tout cela se v\u00e9rifiait au niveau du chrono, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais bien en dessous de mon <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> et de mes sensations constat\u00e9es 2 semaines plus t\u00f4t. M\u00eame si j&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 g\u00e9r\u00e9 ces petits tracas de l&rsquo;hiver, je n&rsquo;avais jamais eu l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir un retour aussi difficile.<\/p>\n<p>En me documentant sur le sujet, cela devient beaucoup plus \u00e9vident, le corps a lutt\u00e9 contre le virus, je n&rsquo;ai pas eu de traitement avec des antibiotiques. M\u00eame si j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;aller mieux, le corps n&rsquo;est pas encore remis compl\u00e9tement. La premi\u00e8re question que je me suis pos\u00e9 : fallait-il arr\u00eater l&rsquo;entrainement pendant cette maladie ? Je me vois mal comment faire autrement : maux de t\u00eate, fatigue, courbatures, je vois mal comment j&rsquo;aurais pu courir alors que j&rsquo;avais du mal \u00e0 monter quelques escaliers. D&rsquo;ailleurs la litt\u00e9rature en la mati\u00e8re\u00a0 d\u00e9conseille fortement de pratiquer une activit\u00e9 sportive lorsque on est fi\u00e9vreux.<\/p>\n<p>Autant dire que la reprise doit \u00eatre faire piano, si vous forcez de trop, trop t\u00f4t alors la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sera plus longue. Pendant la premi\u00e8re semaine, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les s\u00e9ances un peu trop dure : sortie longue, <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a>, fartlek, seuil,&#8230; fait des footings tranquilles.<\/p>\n<p>Le but principal est de retrouver des sensations avant de reprendre les choses s\u00e9rieuses. Si il faut aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 ou 3 semaines, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas&#8230; Encore une fois, \u00e9coutez votre corps, inutile d&rsquo;aller vers une rechute.
