Et pourtant, le travail en puissance est assez logique: la m\u00e9canique explique que la puissance d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e d&rsquo;un corps est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la vitesse, donc plus on d\u00e9ploie de puissance plus on va vite.<\/p>\n<p>Mais en course \u00e0 pied, il est difficile de mesurer en temps r\u00e9el la puissance d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est sur ce constat que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine Stryd a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une ceinture thoracique avec un capteur cardiaque complexe qui capte l&rsquo;ensemble des param\u00e8tres externes : vitesses dans les 3 dimensions, altitude,&#8230; pour pouvoir donner une valeur exacte de la puissance d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une campagne KickStarter que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a lev\u00e9 250 000 $ pour cr\u00e9er les premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ries. Les premiers exemplaires sont arriv\u00e9es tout r\u00e9cemment dans les mains des premiers clients.<\/p>\n<p>Une v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9volution qui va permettre d&rsquo;ajuster votre foul\u00e9e, de constater en temps r\u00e9el que les ajustements de votre foul\u00e9e peuvent faire diminuer consid\u00e9rablement la puissance d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en conservant pourtant une vitesse lin\u00e9aire identique.
