Rien de r\u00e9gulier, mais l&rsquo;impression de ressembler \u00e0 une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e de 90 ans quand cela m&rsquo;arrive&#8230; Depuis ma grosse blessure au judo, je suis suivi par un kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute \/ ost\u00e9opathe au d\u00e9part pour ma r\u00e9\u00e9ducation puis ensuite pour faire un checkup complet 2 \u00e0 3 fois par an. Bien s\u00fbr, quand je me fais un bon blocage, il r\u00e9pond toujours pr\u00e9sent pour me d\u00e9bloquer.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis longtemps, il me conseille de faire de la natation, cela pourrait r\u00e9soudre mes probl\u00e8mes de dos en m&rsquo;offrant une musculature plus compl\u00e8te&#8230; Bien s\u00fbr, en mauvais sportif, je n&rsquo;ai jamais vraiment mise en application ce conseil&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mais quand il m&rsquo;ait venu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire du triathlon, je ne pensais plus \u00e0 cette proposition. Voil\u00e0 donc 2 ans que je pratique la natation de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (une \u00e0 deux fois par semaine)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La semaine derni\u00e8re, alors que j&rsquo;avais rendez-vous avec lui, il m&rsquo;a fait remarqu\u00e9 que je n&rsquo;avais pas eu de blocage depuis un long moment, Hasard ou non, depuis que je fais de la natation r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, je n&rsquo;ai pas eu mal au dos et encore moins eu le moindre blocage.<\/p>\n<p>Si je n&rsquo;avais pas d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire du triathlon, je n&rsquo;aurais jamais trouv\u00e9 la motivation d&rsquo;aller r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la piscine et surtout de travailler s\u00e9rieusement.
