Depuis mon passage sur le Garmin Forerunner 405. Quelques petites choses ont chang\u00e9, mais les fondamentaux restent les m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis en version anglaise (pour pouvoir tester la toute derni\u00e8re version).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/fractionne405-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vais dans le menu \u00ab\u00a0Workouts\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Entra\u00eenements\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je clique sur l&rsquo;icone le plus \u00e0 gauche (sur la capture d&rsquo;\u00e9cran) avec le petit bonhomme qui court et l&rsquo;\u00e9toile rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/fractionne405-2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le je retrouve l&rsquo;ancien syst\u00e8me avec [+] pour cr\u00e9er une t\u00e2che et [++] pour cr\u00e9er une boucle de t\u00e2ches. [X] servant \u00e0 supprimer. En fonction de mon choix dans la liste, le bas de la fen\u00eatre va changer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ici pour changer le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/fractionne405-3.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>l\u00e0 pour programmer une t\u00e2che :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/fractionne405-4.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat donne ca :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/fractionne405-5.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>5 minutes de mont\u00e9e en puissance<\/li><li>10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions 30 \/ 30<\/li><li>ensuite on continue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>sur chaque t\u00e2che, on peut dire si c&rsquo;est une \u00e9tape de repos et surtout lui donner un nom qui va s&rsquo;afficher sur le Garmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/fractionne405-6.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite je programme l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour le 10 juillet 2008 et j&rsquo;envoie le tout au Garmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce matin (\u00e0 6h45), j&rsquo;allume le Garmin, je vais dans le menu time \/ date, puis plusieurs appuis pour arriver sur Entra\u00eenement du jour \u00ab\u00a0Fractionn\u00e9 30\/30&Prime;&#8230; je lance et c&rsquo;est parti&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour avoir les sonneries de changement de t\u00e2ches (c&rsquo;est mieux que d&rsquo;avoir les yeux riv\u00e9s sur la montre), il faut aller dans \u00ab\u00a0Menu\u00a0\u00bb -&gt; R\u00e9glages\u00a0\u00bb -&gt; \u00ab\u00a0Syst\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb -&gt; \u00ab\u00a0Tonalit\u00e9 Alertes\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0activ\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinon si vous n&rsquo;avez pas programm\u00e9 votre entra\u00eenement dans l&rsquo;agenda, vous pouvez le retrouver dans le menu \u00ab\u00a0Menu\u00a0\u00bb -&gt; \u00ab\u00a0Entra\u00eenement\u00a0\u00bb -&gt; \u00ab\u00a0Entra\u00eenements\u00a0\u00bb -&gt; \u00ab\u00a0Avanc\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et le chercher dans la liste et ensuite \u00ab\u00a0S&rsquo;entra\u00eener\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/programmer-du-fractionne-avec-le-garmin-405-474.html\"><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/garmin-405.jpg\" class=\"alignleft tfe wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><p>Il y a quelques temps, je vous expliquais comment cr\u00e9er un entrainement sp\u00e9cifique dans le Garmin Training Center (Lire Tutoriel pour cr\u00e9er son entrainement).
