Le petit d\u00e9jeuner juste avant la course est tout aussi crucial que les quelques jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la comp\u00e9tition. En effet, un mauvais choix pourrait avoir des cons\u00e9quences sur votre digestion et pourrait vous obliger \u00e0 faire des pauses non sollicit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La di\u00e9t\u00e9tique sportive apporte de tr\u00e8s bonnes r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me. <strong>Apurna<\/strong> propose un <strong>g\u00e2teau \u00e9nergie<\/strong> pour vous apporter l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 un effort intense. Apr\u00e8s des petites d\u00e9gustations de tests avant des sorties longues et aucun effet ind\u00e9sirable d\u00e9tect\u00e9. Je d\u00e9cide d&rsquo;utiliser cette pr\u00e9paration le jour du marathon.<\/p>\n<p>Simple \u00e0 cuisiner, il suffit de m\u00e9langer avec de l&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;enfourner le tout dans\u00a0 un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pendant 25 minutes. Une boite contient 3 belles parts de 538 Kcal.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner avant le d\u00e9part, j&rsquo;ai donc mang\u00e9 une part compl\u00e8te tout en m&rsquo;hydratant (encore un peu de maltodextrine et de l&rsquo;eau).<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;un point de vue gustatif c&rsquo;est sans doute le meilleur g\u00e2teau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique que j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9. Alors que certains sont parfois un peu lourd et un peu fastidieux \u00e0 manger (mais qui apportent tout de m\u00eame l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie suffisante), le g\u00e2teau \u00e9nergie d&rsquo;Apurna est vraiment excellent. Un g\u00e2teau puissant en go\u00fbt et relativement l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc mang\u00e9 une part enti\u00e8re entre 2 et 3 heures avant le d\u00e9part comme conseill\u00e9 sur la notice d&rsquo;utilisation. Ce petit d\u00e9jeuner consistant et plein de go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de la course, tout s&rsquo;est bien pass\u00e9 d&rsquo;un point de vue \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, j&rsquo;ai eu des jambes un peu lourdes sur le dernier quart (au del\u00e0 du trenti\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre).<\/p>\n<p>Pas de mauvaises surprises d&rsquo;un point de vue digestif, j&rsquo;ai respect\u00e9 les r\u00e8gles de la nutrition de l&rsquo;endurance et j&rsquo;ai bas\u00e9 mon petit d\u00e9jeuner sur le <strong>g\u00e2teau \u00e9nergie d&rsquo;Apurna. <\/strong>je suis ravi de ce test et j&rsquo;invite ceux qui aime le chocolat \u00e0 tester ce produit !
