Effectivement je n&rsquo;ai pas suivi scrupuleusement un plan pr\u00e9cis mais attention je pr\u00e9pare s\u00e9rieusement mes courses et des trails depuis plus de 10 ans et j&rsquo;ai quelques connaissances en pr\u00e9paration pour ne pas faire n&rsquo;importe quoi. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement lu de nombreux plans de pr\u00e9paration et il est vrai que je commence \u00e0 comprendre comment ils sont articul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pensez pas en lisant ces quelques lignes que je suis all\u00e9 <strong>courir un marathon sans aucune pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>, ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas. J&rsquo;ai suivi quelques grandes lignes dans ma pr\u00e9paration mais tout en gardant une \u00ab\u00a0certaine libert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Je vais vous donner les quelques r\u00e8gles que j&rsquo;ai appliqu\u00e9. Ces r\u00e8gles n&rsquo;ont aucune v\u00e9rit\u00e9 scientifique, c&rsquo;est juste nourri de mon exp\u00e9rience : ce que j&rsquo;ai vu, ce que j&rsquo;ai lu, ce qu&rsquo;on m&rsquo;a expliqu\u00e9, les discussions avec des athl\u00e8tes de tous niveaux.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite en fonction de mes contraintes personnelles et professionnelles, je me suis lanc\u00e9 dans ces 3 mois de pr\u00e9paration intensive. Oui intensive car il ne faut pas croire qu&rsquo;on peut faire un marathon sans un minimum d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai articul\u00e9 mes semaines autour de 4 s\u00e9ances minimum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une sortie longue<\/li>\n<li>Une sortie au rythme marathon<\/li>\n<li>Une s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> courts<\/li>\n<li>Une s\u00e9ance rapide en fonction des envies : fractionn\u00e9s long (6&#215;500 ou 3&#215;1000) ou acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration en fonction des sensations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces 4 s\u00e9ances doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent chaque semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Mais je souhaitais garder la notion de plaisir, la plupart des s\u00e9ances n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas programm\u00e9 et d\u00e9pendaient de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de forme.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction de la fatigue de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit, je d\u00e9cidais de la s\u00e9ance du jour. Je me sens vraiment bien, je peux faire une s\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9s sinon je cours tranquille \u00a0au rythme marathon.<\/p>\n<p>Cela donne une certaine souplesse sur l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement en plus de cela il vous reste 3 jokers pour des jours sans entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;autre contrainte concerne la sortie longue qu&rsquo;il faut augmenter progressivement pour atteindre selon moi les 2 \/ 3 de la distance finale de\u00a0 la course : 28 kilom\u00e8tres dans mon cas. c&rsquo;est peut \u00eatre une des mes erreurs car j&rsquo;ai ralenti sur les derniers kilom\u00e8tres. Etait-ce suffisant ?<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement fait en sorte qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les 4 premiers semaines, je fasse au moins 42 kilom\u00e8tres par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re semaine j&rsquo;ai bien s\u00fbr ralenti le nombre de sorties et je pense que je suis arriv\u00e9 en bonne forme.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si je trouve que cette pr\u00e9paration ressemble de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s \u00e0 un plan d&rsquo;entrainement, je n&rsquo;ai pas eu l&rsquo;impression de suivre ces tableaux sans fins.
