Pour parvenir \u00e0 tout caler dans une semaine de travail, le lendemain de mes sorties longues du dimanche, j&rsquo;ai une s\u00e9ance de natation.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis quelques semaines, mon kilom\u00e9trage augmente doucement au fur et \u00e0 mesure de ces sorties longues.\u00a0 Les lendemains, les jambes sont toujours un peu lourdes. Au d\u00e9part, j&rsquo;avais d\u00e9cal\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance de piscine \u00e0 un autre moment dans la semaine mais cela n&rsquo;allait pas et j&rsquo;ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me forcer et d&rsquo;aller syst\u00e9matiquement faire cette s\u00e9ance du lundi malgr\u00e9 la fatigue et les mauvaises sensations dans les jambes.<\/p>\n<p>Et finalement j&rsquo;y trouve plus d&rsquo;effets positifs que n\u00e9gatifs, alors que je pensais reposer correctement mes jambes avec une journ\u00e9e off compl\u00e8te. Les 30 ou 45 minutes que je consacre \u00e0 faire des longueurs dans la piscine (sans arr\u00eat) ont un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9vident que je ne fais pas des temps digne de Florent Manaudou mais le fait de travailler sans poids de corps en \u00e9tant port\u00e9 par la pouss\u00e9e d\u2019Archim\u00e8de me donne de bonnes sensations.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cette s\u00e9ance, les tensions musculaires ont disparues. Les jambes ont un peu travaill\u00e9 mais en crawl le majorit\u00e9 du travail se fait dans les bras. Pas la peine de forcer, il suffit de mettre un petit peu les jambes pour garder l&rsquo;assiette.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;image du v\u00e9lo, c&rsquo;est une bonne mani\u00e8re de continuer l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> sans pour autant courir syst\u00e9matiquement.
