C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que la notion d&rsquo;endurance prend tout son sens, \u00eatre capable de faire un effort plus long que tout ce que vous avez pu faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette barri\u00e8re psychologique est pr\u00e9sente particuli\u00e8rement quand vous passez un cap, le passage du cap entre le semi-marathon et le marathon est sans aucun doute le plus flagrant. Le stress est normal, vous vous dirigez vers l&rsquo;inconnu, une distance que vous ne maitrisez, une distance que vous n&rsquo;avez jamais parcouru et pour le cas du marathon, une distance mythique qui vient avec tout son mythe : le mur du trenti\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Si vous suivez un plan d&rsquo;entrainement pour le marathon, vous verrez qu&rsquo;il y a plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants :<\/p>\n<p>1\/ la progression de la dur\u00e9e de la sortie longue qui devrait vous amener vers une sortie qui correspondra a 60 voire 80 % de votre objectif.<\/p>\n<p>2\/ un volume hebdomadaire qui va grossir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un mois de l&rsquo;objectif se maintenir et ensuite se r\u00e9duire vers la fin<\/p>\n<p>3\/ travailler l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> marathon : r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 maintenir l&rsquo;allure du jour J. Sur cette course, la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 est fondamentale. Une s\u00e9ance \u00e0 allure marathon, durant le dernier mois, doit s&rsquo;effectuer avec une certaine fraicheur.
