Je ne me suis jamais senti aussi bien, j&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 mon meilleur niveau en course \u00e0 pied, mon v\u00e9lo est un peu meilleur que l&rsquo;an dernier et j&rsquo;ai largement progress\u00e9 en natation (il faut dire que je partais de loin).<\/p>\n<p>Tous les voyants sont au vert, je ne redoute que la blessure&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Samedi, je pr\u00e9parerai mon mat\u00e9riel et je ferai <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/sentrainer-aux-transitions-39059.html\">quelques tests de transitions.<\/a> Il faut que j&rsquo;automatise les gestes pour ne pas me poser de questions. Sur ce secteur, j&rsquo;ai eu des bons r\u00e9sultats l&rsquo;an dernier. J&rsquo;ai aussi la chance d&rsquo;avoir une combinaison <strong>Zoot Wetsuit Force 5<\/strong> et c&rsquo;est sans doute l&rsquo;une des raisons de mes excellents temps de transition (J&rsquo;ai gagn\u00e9 60 places l&rsquo;an dernier sur la transition Nage &#8211; V\u00e9lo sur plus de 800 coureurs), elle a l&rsquo;avantage de s&rsquo;enlever tr\u00e8s facilement et j&rsquo;\u00e9tais agr\u00e9ablement surpris de mes temps en eau libre par rapport \u00e0 ceux en piscine.<\/p>\n<p>Dimanche, cela sera l&rsquo;occasion de d\u00e9couvrir un lac pr\u00e8s de chez moi o\u00f9 je pourrai \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir venir pour m&rsquo;entrainer en eau libre mais cela sera aussi l&rsquo;occasion de voir les sensations en course officielle et faire les diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9glages pour g\u00e9rer le d\u00e9part en masse (que les triathl\u00e8tes appellent la lessiveuse) et les transitions en mode course.<\/p>\n<p>Comme toujours, j&rsquo;ai h\u00e2t\u00e9 d&rsquo;y \u00eatre mais il reste quand m\u00eame cette appr\u00e9hension du d\u00e9part quand une eau qui doit \u00eatre plus proche des 12-13 degr\u00e9s que des 28-29 degr\u00e9s de la piscine.
