Une semaine un peu charg\u00e9 au niveau de votre travail ou une petite blessure risque de se transformer en quelques centaines de grammes suppl\u00e9mentaires car vous continuez \u00e0 vous alimenter de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re alors que vous ne faites plus autant d&rsquo;exercices.<\/p>\n<p>Venant du judo, c&rsquo;est une habitude que j&rsquo;ai depuis longtemps. Le passage sur la balance fait partie de la vie quotidienne. Forc\u00e9ment avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e des objets connect\u00e9s, j&rsquo;ai depuis longtemps une balance connect\u00e9e mais comme j&rsquo;ai du avoir un des premiers mod\u00e8les je n&rsquo;ai jamais vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfait, les variations sont parfois illogiques entre plusieurs mesures.<\/p>\n<p>Tanita est un sp\u00e9cialiste de la mesure avec des appareils \u00e0 destination des professionnels mais aussi \u00e0 destination des particuliers. La Tanita RD-901 est la derni\u00e8re n\u00e9e de la famille. Mais le poids seul ne veut rien dire, il faut connaitre plusieurs param\u00e8tres pour bien comprendre son corps et ses capacit\u00e9s : masse maigre, masse grasse, masse osseuse, eau,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La RD-901 est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise : un test simple consiste \u00e0 montre plusieurs fois de suite dessus \u00e0 quelques minutes d&rsquo;\u00e9cart. Mon ancien mod\u00e8le me donne autant de mesures diff\u00e9rentes que de fois o\u00f9 je monte sur la balance. Sur la Tanita, j&rsquo;ai toujours les m\u00eames param\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Elle propose un certain nombre de param\u00e8tres : taux de graisse, masse musculaire, masse osseuse, niveau de graisse visc\u00e9ral,&#8230; On peut par exemple perdre de la graisse et gagner du muscle sans pour autant perdre du poids ou plus grave : perdre du poids mais perdre uniquement du muscle&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Cette balance se connecte en bluetooth avec votre tablette ou votre smartphone.
