Les \u00e9preuves \u00e9tant de plus en plus exigeantes, l&rsquo;entrainement l&rsquo;est de plus en plus aussi. Vous poussez votre corps \u00e0 la limite du sur-entrainement et la blessure vous guette&#8230; L&rsquo;id\u00e9al \u00e9tant de ne pas se blesser en respectant les r\u00e8gles de base : boire correctement tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, avoir une mont\u00e9e en charge progressive de l&rsquo;entrainement, se fixer des objectifs r\u00e9alistes, avoir une alimentation saine, respecter les temps de repos et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration entre les entrainements,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Alors quand la blessure arrive, il est toujours difficile de l&rsquo;accepter. L&rsquo;objectif approche et le stress monte, la peur de ne pas \u00eatre pr\u00eat, la peur de ne pas pouvoir prendre le d\u00e9part, la peur de g\u00e2cher de nombreuses semaines d&rsquo;entrainement pour une petite blessure. Pour bien gu\u00e9rir, il faut commencer par accepter la blessure et ce le plus rapidement possible. Plus vous allez vous entrainer avec une blessure plus vous risquez d&rsquo;augmenter le temps de gu\u00e9rison et de cr\u00e9er d&rsquo;autres pathologies li\u00e9es \u00e0 la compensation.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, si une douleur apparait, consciemment ou inconsciemment votre corps va s&rsquo;adapter, par exemple l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifier votre foul\u00e9e pour compenser la douleur mais cette adaptation peut avoir des effets secondaires encore plus n\u00e9fastes. Il faut \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de votre corps et savoir faire la diff\u00e9rence entre les courbatures d&rsquo;un bon entrainement et un d\u00e9but de blessure.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la blessure accept\u00e9e et anticip\u00e9e, il faudra adapt\u00e9 votre entrainement : r\u00e9duire, arr\u00eater ou adapter votre entrainement.
