Si vous avez plusieurs semaines types (travail du matin ou du soir), vous devrez faire l&rsquo;exercice \u00e0 plusieurs reprises. Commencez par localiser sur la semaine, les zones o\u00f9 vous pouvez vous entrainer et n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 en parler \u00e0 votre entourage ou votre famille. Impliquer votre famille ou votre partenaire dans ce processus, va vous permettre de faire accepter votre passion et d&rsquo;avoir un soutien.<\/p>\n<h2>Etablir le planning d\u00e9finitif<\/h2>\n<p>Une fois les horaires localis\u00e9s, prenez plusieurs semaines pour \u00e9tablir les s\u00e9ances qui correspondent le mieux \u00e0 vos habitudes, le soir en rentrant du travail, le matin au saut du lit, le midi pendant votre pause d\u00e9jeuner, le dimanche matin avant le repas dominical&#8230; Au bout de quelques semaines, vous devriez pouvoir s\u00e9lectionner 3, 4 ou 5 s\u00e9ances. Durant un mois, essayez de cr\u00e9er votre rythme et habituer votre corps aux jours d&rsquo;entrainement et de repos.<\/p>\n<p>Cette premi\u00e8re phase est fondamentale pour la r\u00e9ussite de votre objectif. Inutile de vous lancer dans un rythme de marathonien, si ce rythme n&rsquo;est pas en corr\u00e9lation avec vos habitudes, vous ne passerez pas les deux premiers mois. Ensuite, vous devez tout faire pour conserver ce rythme.
