Bien s\u00fbr, il y avait moyen de faire (via les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/suunto-ambit\/\">applications<\/a> ou les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/faire-du-fractionne-avec-la-suunto-ambit-2-via-movescount-30586.html\">param\u00e8trages<\/a>) mais les gens attendaient un syst\u00e8me proche de ce qu&rsquo;on peut trouver chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/fractionnes-sur-garmin-connect-33328.html\">Garmin<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/fractionnes-polar-v800-39292.html\">Polar<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/programmer-un-fractionne-3030-sur-la-montre-tomtom-37156.html\">Tomtom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est donc chose faite depuis la mise \u00e0 jour du mois de mars 2015 mais avec quelques restrictions : poss\u00e9der une <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/suunto\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Montre suunto\" >Suunto<\/a> Ambit 3 et un iphone (ou un ipad sous iOs). Le programme devrait \u00eatre disponible prochainement sur Android et logiquement prochainement sur le site Movescount.<\/p>\n<h2>Premi\u00e8re partie sur l&rsquo;application Movescount<\/h2>\n<p>Vous devez d&rsquo;abord lancer l&rsquo;application Movescount sur votre iphone, allez dans le menu \u00ab\u00a0Param\u00e8tres\u00a0\u00bb (en touchant la roue dent\u00e9e), cliquez sur le menu \u00ab\u00a0Ambit 3\u00a0\u00bb et choisir le menu \u00ab\u00a0Workouts\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<a premi\u00e8re s\u00e9quence. Vous allez s\u00e9l\u00e9ctionner cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour l&rsquo;\u00e9diter, en glissant sur les cot\u00e9s, vous modifiez le type de la partie :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warmup pour \u00e9chauffement<\/li>\n<li>Interval pour le fractionn\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Recovery pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/li>\n<li>Rest pour repos<\/li>\n<li>Cooldown pour retour au calme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>cela influe principalement sur la couleur de la s\u00e9quence dans l&rsquo;interface. Idem je cr\u00e9e une autre s\u00e9quence : Recovery Time 30&Prime; avec le nom \u00ab\u00a0Lent\u00a0\u00bb.
