Mais je vous rassure la m\u00eame semaine, une autre \u00e9tude scientifique prouvait que la course \u00e0 pied est mauvaise pour la sant\u00e9&#8230; va comprendre Charles !<\/p>\n<p>Alors qui a tort ? qui a raison ? Depuis presque 15 ans que je m\u2019int\u00e9resse au sujet, j&rsquo;ai lu tout et son contraire&#8230; Mais pendant ce temps l\u00e0 j&rsquo;ai couru et je suis toujours vivant et en bonne sant\u00e9 (et peut \u00eatre plus qu&rsquo;avant alors que j&rsquo;ai quelques ann\u00e9es en plus&#8230;). Peut importe le r\u00e9sultat de telle ou telle \u00e9tude scientifique qui s&rsquo;oriente souvent favorablement en fonction de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui a financ\u00e9 la dite \u00e9tude&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Alors pour une fois sur le sommeil, je suis largement convaincu. Il ne fait aucun doute pour moi qu&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e avec une activit\u00e9 sportive donne lieu a une d\u00e9pense d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie suppl\u00e9mentaire. Le sport fatigue et j&rsquo;ai toujours constat\u00e9 que je dormais bien mieux que je m&rsquo;entrainais de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re alors que g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement je cours tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t le matin. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je sors du lit vers 6h pour m&rsquo;entrainer. C&rsquo;est vrai que c&rsquo;est sans doute l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 il fait le plus froid dehors mais cela me permet d&rsquo;attaquer la journ\u00e9e du bon pied.<\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;une blessure ou d&rsquo;un surplus de travail, je ne peux pas m&rsquo;entrainer, je le ressens tout de suite sur la qualit\u00e9 de mon sommeil (insomnies, endormissement tardif,&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez des probl\u00e8mes pour dormir ? essayez de faire du sport de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et vous verrez que cela change la vie !
