Le temps est donc venu de faire un dernier petit bilan interm\u00e9diaire avant l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve de v\u00e9rit\u00e9. J&rsquo;en suis aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 300km et des poussi\u00e8res\u00a0 courus avec ces chaussures. 300 km dont un semi-marathon officiel, celui de Paris.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;effectue l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de mon plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avec les Newton et n&rsquo;alterne avec aucune autre paire. Qui dit plan (plan<a href=\"http:\/\/www.brunoheubi.com\"> Bruno Heubi <\/a>bien entendu !) dit : <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> le mardi, assimilation le mercredi, EMA le vendredi et sortie longue le dimanche et quand je dis long, c&rsquo;est long avec Bruno (2h20 la prochaine et ce n&rsquo;est pas fini !). Donc un test dans toutes les configurations possibles d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement &#8230; mais sur route uniquement.<\/p>\n<p>On commence par quoi ? Le n\u00e9gatif ? Oui, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 un point n\u00e9gatif \u00e0 ces chaussures. Ca vous \u00e9tonne je suis s\u00fbr ? Ce \u00ab\u00a0point\u00a0\u00bb ce sont &#8230; les descentes. Autant la chaussure est super efficace sur le plat et dans les mont\u00e9es, autant, dans les descentes, le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0forc\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de courir sur l&rsquo;avant du pied ne m&rsquo;apporte ni l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 ni le rel\u00e2chement dont j&rsquo;aurais besoin. Je l&rsquo;ai encore constat\u00e9 dimanche au Semi de Paris dans la descente qui suit Daumesnil avant de remonter sur Charenton. Sans doute une question d&rsquo;habitude \u00e0 prendre.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/newton.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4370\" title=\"newton\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/newton-182x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"182\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/newton-182x300.jpg 182w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/newton.jpg 382w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 182px) 100vw, 182px\" \/><\/a>Redescendons donc sur le plat &#8230; Je n&rsquo;ai toujours aucune douleur aux mollets &#8211; et maintenant, je suis un v\u00e9t\u00e9ran de la Newton &#8211; et je suis toujours aussi convaincu par l&rsquo;effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de ces chaussures sur ma foul\u00e9e : beaucoup plus efficace ramen\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort \u00e0 produire. Beaucoup moins de fatigue qu&rsquo;avec des chaussures classiques (je persiste et signe) et surtout maintien de la foul\u00e9e tout au long de l&rsquo;effort, quelle que soit sa dur\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<p>Mon Semi de Paris en est une excellente illustration : 21,1 kilom\u00e8tres parcourus \u00e0 la m\u00eame <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> chacun de 4&rsquo;18\u00a0\u00bb sans aucune baisse de r\u00e9gime et avec une grande facilit\u00e9 ! Regardez un peu la photo. Nous sommes au 19e kilom\u00e8tre et je continue \u00e0 utiliser mon avant de pied pour me propulser \u00e0 chaque pas gr\u00e2ce au \u00ab\u00a0retour d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie\u00a0\u00bb. On voit \u00e9galement que le pied droit, dynamique, va frapper le sol sur l&rsquo;avant et non le talon.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, avec des chaussures classiques, il serait possible en th\u00e9orie de courir sur l&rsquo;avant du pied, en se for\u00e7ant un peu &#8230; mais pensez-vous tenir durant tout un semi ou une sortie longue de 2h40 ? L&rsquo;avantage des Newton, c&rsquo;est que vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin de \u00ab\u00a0tenir\u00a0\u00bb puisque ce sont elles qui le font pour vous !<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9sumer :\u00a0 j&rsquo;AIME mes Newton et je l&rsquo;affirme haut et fort : elles sont \u00e0 la base de mes performances actuelles ! Je ne peux donc qu&rsquo;en recommander l&rsquo;usage m\u00eame aux plus sceptiques.<\/p>\n<p>Post-Scriptum : non, je n&rsquo;oublie pas le traditionnel suivi de l&rsquo;usure &#8211; je sais que certains mettent en doute la durabilit\u00e9 de la chaussure. La photo, la photo !<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Newtonusure.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4371\" title=\"Newtonusure\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Newtonusure-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"292\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Newtonusure-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Newtonusure-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Newtonusure.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 292px) 100vw, 292px\" \/><\/a>Ca s&rsquo;arrondit tranquillement \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant des blocs d&rsquo;impact mais rien de bien m\u00e9chant, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;usure franche. Les chaussures devraient donc tenir les 800km \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9glementaires\u00a0\u00bb et maximum conseill\u00e9s avant changement de paire.<\/p>\n<p>P.P.S. : un autre petit d\u00e9faut &#8230; la chaussure \u00e9tant, \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine, blanche de chez blanche sur le dessus, elle a tendance, \u00e0 se salir au fur et \u00e0 mesure des entra\u00eenements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur surfaces mouill\u00e9es et un peu sales. Apr\u00e8s 300km, elles sont donc moins immacul\u00e9es qu&rsquo;au d\u00e9but. Bon, c&rsquo;est purement esth\u00e9tique ce que je raconte.<\/p>\n<p>P.P.P.S. : d\u00e8s que j&rsquo;\u00e9cris le mot Newton dans un article, certains crient \u00ab\u00a0haro sur le vendu\u00a0\u00bb &#8230; Alors, je me permets de vous faire part d&rsquo;un commentaire tout \u00e0 fait impartial d&rsquo;une lectrice du site, Muriel A.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;avais lu pas mal d&rsquo;articles sur cette marque et j&rsquo;ai eu la chance de pouvoir en ramener une paire lorsque j&rsquo;etais \u00e0 NY<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s deux s\u00e9ances sur piste o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 vraiment impressionn\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0par le rendement\u00a0\u00bb, j&rsquo;avais h\u00e2te de tester mes newton racer sur une vraie course.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;ai couru ce dimanche un 10km et j&rsquo;y ai battu un record sur la distance datant de 2007 (j&rsquo;en ai us\u00e9 des paires de runnings entre !) sur un parcours pas particuli\u00e8rement roulant, avec du vent de face.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce uniquement d\u00fb aux newton ? je ne saurais l&rsquo;affirmer.<br \/>\nUne chose est certaine, j&rsquo;ai bel et bien ressenti un effet de propulsion !<\/p>\n<p>Je renouvelle l&rsquo;essai d&rsquo;ici 10 jours sur un semi que je connais bien.<\/p>\n<p>Petit b\u00e9mol tout de m\u00eame , on peine \u00e0 trouver les Newton en France et elles y sont tr\u00e8s ch\u00e8res (aux alentours de 160 \u20ac vs l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 80 \u20ac aux USA)\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/vrai-test-newton-running-300-km-et-un-semi-4322.html\"><img width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>Plus que 4 semaines et demi avant mon Marathon de Paris en Newton Running Stability Trainer.
