Donc m\u00eame si je ne fais pas partie des v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens (mon amour de la bonne viande me perdra sans doute un jour), je pourrai le devenir car je connais la richesse des l\u00e9gumes et j&rsquo;aime les cuisiner.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation est fondamentale pour le sportif (d&rsquo;ailleurs sur le m\u00eame sujet je vous invite \u00e0 lire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/nutrition-lendurance-livre-toujours-avoir-main-38818.html\">Nutrition de l&rsquo;endurance<\/a>), si vous \u00eates v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien cela complique un peu les gens, compte tenu du fait que la viande apporte de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants.<\/p>\n<p>Ce livre est vraiment int\u00e9ressant, comme souvent on retrouve des dizaines de recettes avec le d\u00e9tail des apports caloriques mais aussi les apports en lipide, prot\u00e9ines, fibres,&#8230; vous verrez que l&rsquo;apport des l\u00e9gumineux et des fruits secs est fondamental dans l&rsquo;approche v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien de la course \u00e0 pied. Petit b\u00e9mol : certains ingr\u00e9dients ne sont pas toujours facile \u00e0 trouver mais je vous invite \u00e0 aller dans les magasins bio qui sont souvent une mine d&rsquo;or de produits peu courants.<\/p>\n<p>Le livre contient des t\u00e9moignages de sportifs et haut niveau et de sp\u00e9cialistes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, je retrouve un discours que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 tenu sur ce site : Attention aux changements des habitudes, inutile de d\u00e9cider apr\u00e8s un premier janvier arros\u00e9 que vous allez vous mettre \u00e0 courir, devenir v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien et aller vous coucher t\u00f4t.
