J&rsquo;avais vu que de nombreux nageurs les utilisaient et j&rsquo;avais le souvenir des palmes qui facilitent tr\u00e8s largement la vitesse. Je me disais donc que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait pour aller plus vite et je n&rsquo;avais pas bien saisi l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ce dispositif.<\/p>\n<p>Tout comme la course \u00e0 pied, la natation est une histoire de gestes. La pr\u00e9cision du geste est fondamental et peut \u00eatre encore plus que lorsque l&rsquo;on court car l&rsquo;eau freine beaucoup plus que l&rsquo;air.<\/p>\n<p>En consultant les plans d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainements<\/a> en natation, j&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 que de nombreux plans utilis\u00e9s les paddles. alors j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me lancer. J&rsquo;ai choisi les Speedo Biofuse Power.<\/p>\n<p>Les paddles ont une morphologie tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;une grande main sans l&rsquo;espace entre les doigts. Il vaut mieux faire les r\u00e9glages avant d&rsquo;aller \u00e0 la piscine car ce n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 installer, il faudra vous armer de patience pour adapter les \u00e9l\u00e9ments flexibles \u00e0 vos mains.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance est douloureuse ! A tous les points de vue, vos \u00e9paules comprendront que vous avez besoin de plus pousser sur vos mains et vous vous allez vous appliquer \u00e0 faire un mouvement parfait (je vous invite \u00e0 consulter les vid\u00e9os explicatives du mouvement de crawl sur youtube).<\/p>\n<p>En effet, si le mouvement n&rsquo;est pas correct vous allez directement sentir le ralentissement et plus votre mouvement sera mal fait, plus le ralentissement sera fort. Mais si votre mouvement est correct, vous allez sentir une meilleure propulsion.<\/p>\n<p>Physiquement les premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances sont vraiment dures mais on sent bien la diff\u00e9rence quand on reprend la nage sans les paddles.
