Carrefour entre la piste et la route, le 10 km ou le 10 000m est un exercice au combien difficile. Suffisamment court pour \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, le 10 km n&rsquo;est pas ma distance pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Il faut partir vite maintenir la vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Cela faisait des ann\u00e9es que je n&rsquo;en avais pas fait et finalement comme pas mal d&rsquo;amis d\u00e9butants se lancer pour la premi\u00e8re fois j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre le d\u00e9part pour voir ce que je valais sur la distance. Malheureusement le mois n&rsquo;est jamais le meilleur, le petit rhume, la fatigue,&#8230; je ne suis jamais au meilleur de ma forme&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part plus de 4000 personnes, c&rsquo;est \u00e9norme presque trop je trouve, on attend, on pi\u00e9tine,&#8230; mais d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part lanc\u00e9, on se sent \u00ab\u00a0emport\u00e9 par la foule\u00a0\u00bb. On est g\u00ean\u00e9 par le voisin \u00e0 droite, celui de devant qui n&rsquo;avance pas ou celui de derri\u00e8re qui est\u00a0 trop pressant. Mais d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res longueurs, l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> est bien&#8230; peut \u00eatre m\u00eame un peu trop&#8230; c&rsquo;est presque inqui\u00e9tant&#8230;. C&rsquo;est pas grave, de toute fa\u00e7on on est l\u00e0 pour le chrono alors on continue.<\/p>\n<p>1, 2 , 3 kilom\u00e8tres&#8230; le rythme est toujours l\u00e0. L\u00e0 je deviens un peu rationnel, je d\u00e9cide de ne pas regarder mon rythme cardiaque. Si j&rsquo;\u00e9tais en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/aerobie-et-anaerobie-467.html\">mode anar\u00e9obie<\/a>, je serais en train de ralentir mais ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas. Le parcours n&rsquo;est pas des plus simples : relances, virages et on double toujours du monde&#8230; le tout en milieu urbain : trottoirs, poteaux, pav\u00e9s mouill\u00e9s, rails de tram,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Les kilom\u00e8tres d\u00e9filent, cela devient de plus en plus dur. Comme toujours, c&rsquo;est le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/syndrome-derniers-kilometres-41519.html\">syndrome des derniers kilom\u00e8tres<\/a>&#8230; Ouf ma montre indique le dernier kilom\u00e8tre, la course a pass\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite. J&rsquo;essaye de monter le rythme car je connais pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la fin du parcours. je double quelques personnes mais impossible de sprinter sur la fin je reste scotcher. Je passe la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e comme \u00e0 chaque fois : compl\u00e9tement \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest, je suis dans mon objectif alors que j&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir plus donn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le 10 km est souvent la porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de nombreuses personnes vers les courses sur route mais l&rsquo;exercice est difficile, exigent. Les distances plus longues sont plus dans la gestion, la connaissance de soi et de son rythme de croisi\u00e8re. le 10 km c&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fond !
