On est tous pareil, on aime courir, on aime se lancer des d\u00e9fis&#8230; mais le corps va t&rsquo;il suivre ?<\/p>\n<p>On peut se reposer sans s\u2019arr\u00eater en faisant un petit footing tranquille et faire quelques semaines l\u00e9g\u00e8res sans <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> courts et longs, sans une sortie longue o\u00f9 vous allez puiser dans vos r\u00e9serves.<\/p>\n<p>Soyons r\u00e9alistes ! M\u00eame si vous \u00eates en forme, prenez le temps de faire une pause ou au moins de ralentir pour reposer votre corps et aussi retrouver une surplus d&rsquo;envie.<\/p>\n<p>Comme je le dis souvent, il faut varier les entrainements pour varier les plaisirs. La natation permet de travailler tout en limitant les traumatismes des impacts. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9couvert les accessoires d&rsquo;entrainements de nage comme les plaquettes ou les palmes. Cela permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la gestuelle et de travailler la puissance.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, je remplace ma sortie longue par une sortie de v\u00e9lo de route ou de VTT. Il faut bien s&rsquo;habiller car apr\u00e8s une mont\u00e9e \u00e9puisante, la descente qui suit avec un peu de vitesse vous donne vite froid.<\/p>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, diminuer la charge d&rsquo;entrainement pour mieux revenir apr\u00e8s.
