Les fabricants sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le milieu m\u00e9dical ont alors prouv\u00e9 que les bienfaits \u00e9taient d\u00e9cupl\u00e9s chez le sportif&#8230; Pour ma part, tout a commenc\u00e9 il y a 5 ans apr\u00e8s ma double fracture tibia p\u00e9ron\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai du mettre des bas de contentions pour activer la circulation sanguine dans les jambes. Avant cet accident, on commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 parler de cela dans le milieu de la course \u00e0 pied. J&rsquo;en avais discut\u00e9 longuement avec un coureur de haut niveau \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est vraiment bien, on sent la diff\u00e9rence mais j&rsquo;ai peur d&rsquo;habituer mon corps et de ne plus pouvoir m&rsquo;en passer donc pour le moment j&rsquo;en limite l&rsquo;utilisation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le ridicule ne tue pas et ne sachant vraiment pas comment me convaincre de l&rsquo;utilisation de ces manchons, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 deux bonnes sorties longues identiques \u00e0 une semaine d&rsquo;intervalle : une avec un manchon sur le mollet droit et une avec le manchon sur le mollet gauche. Effet placebo ou non, le lendemain je sentais que le mollet non compress\u00e9 \u00e9tait plus \u00ab\u00a0fatigu\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb que l&rsquo;autre. Depuis je suis tout \u00e0 fait convaincu par l&rsquo;utilisation de cette m\u00e9thode mais pour l&rsquo;instant je me suis arr\u00eat\u00e9 aux mollets.<\/p>\n<p>Il suffit d&rsquo;aller sur une course pour voir qu&rsquo;un grand nombre de coureurs a adopt\u00e9 la compression. Compressport est l&rsquo;un des leaders du march\u00e9 et le manchon R2 a su convaincre un large publique et un tr\u00e8s grand nombre d&rsquo;athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau sur un grand nombre de sport.<\/p>\n<p>Le manchon R2 est tr\u00e8s efficace, le syst\u00e8me de taille est tr\u00e8s simple et permet d&rsquo;avoir une taille bien ajust\u00e9e (ce qui est primordial pour que l&rsquo;effet soit optimal). Les deux bandes aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s et la douceur du textile en font un manchon tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able \u00e0 porter. Ultra-l\u00e9ger et doux, il laisse de tr\u00e8s bonne sensations.<\/p>\n<p>Je sais que je n&rsquo;utilise pas syst\u00e9matiquement mes manchons mais je sais exactement quand je dois les utiliser. Avec la fatigue, je ressens tout dans les jambes, si je suis trop fatigu\u00e9, je sens mes jambes lourdes. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que je me dis qu&rsquo;il faut que je les utilise. Il m&rsquo;arrive de les utiliser sous le kimono pendant les s\u00e9ances de judo. Depuis que j&rsquo;ai identifi\u00e9 que cela me faisait du bien quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais vraiment fatigu\u00e9, je les mets beaucoup plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et je ne ressens plus cette impression de lourdeur.<\/p>\n<p>Le manchon US est encore plus complet, avec une bande de petits inserts en silicone sur le bas du manchons. Il donne encore un meilleur maintien et prot\u00e8ge des douleurs aux tendons d\u2019Achille.\u00a0 Cela donne encore plus l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre maintenu et je le sens particuli\u00e8rement sur la jambe droite car c&rsquo;est celle qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas encore goutt\u00e9 \u00e0 la compression, je vous invite \u00e0 tester les manchons R2 ou US.
