Les aliments que vous mangez se transforment en \u00e9nergie pour courir. Alors forc\u00e9ment on a vite tendance \u00e0 faire attention \u00e0 tout ce qu&rsquo;on mange. Depuis presque 15 ans et mes premi\u00e8res foul\u00e9es, j&rsquo;ai largement modifi\u00e9 mon alimentation, pas radicalement en une semaine mais progressivement. Je mange de tout je n&rsquo;ai pas d&rsquo;apriori sur la viande rouge ou sur les oeufs mais je suis attentif \u00e0 la provenance et \u00e0 la transformation des aliments.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai de moins en moins confiance en l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire et cela bien avant\u00a0 les lasagnes au cheval&#8230; donc forc\u00e9ment je m\u2019int\u00e9resse fortement \u00e0 la cuisine. Non seulement pour se nourrir mais aussi pour se faire plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>Faire ses propres p\u00e2tes avec la farine du petit meunier du coin, faire du pain complet ou aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, Faire des soupes avec des l\u00e9gumes du jardin&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Je trouve que notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ne sait pas aussi bien cuisiner que nos parents ou nos grand-parents. Il fut une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 la cuisine \u00e9tait enseign\u00e9e dans les coll\u00e8ges. Pourquoi cette mati\u00e8re a disparu ? n&rsquo;est-ce pas aussi importante que les arts plastiques ou la musique ? Si au lieu de soigner les malades d&rsquo;une alimentation d\u00e9brid\u00e9e \u00e0 coups de milliards aux frais de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, on apprenait aux plus jeunes \u00e0 faire \u00e0 manger.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu moins de biologie, de g\u00e9ographie, de latin et un peu\u00a0 plus de cuisine.
