Non ? Vous en \u00eates bien certain ? Peut-\u00eatre plus maintenant avec votre immense exp\u00e9rience des grands rendez-vous, mais avant ? C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ces questions que r\u00e9pond <strong>Maryl\u00e8ne Pia<\/strong>, sophrologue du sport (www.marylenepia-formation.com) dans \u00ab\u00a0<strong>G\u00e9rer la Pression en Comp\u00e9tition<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9cemment paru aux Editions Amphora (www.ed-amphora.fr). Ouvrage dont je viens d&rsquo;achever la \u00ab\u00a0lecture\u00a0\u00bb. Pourquoi des guillemets \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0lecture\u00a0\u00bb ? Parce que ce livre, au format classeur tr\u00e8s pratique, inclut un CD d&rsquo;exercices, base de &#8230; plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la gestion de la pression. Et oui, on ne sort pas des \u00ab\u00a0plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une premi\u00e8re partie th\u00e9orique, l&rsquo;auteur, apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 ce qu&rsquo;est justement cette pression et quelles sont ses manifestations, justifie le propos du livre : il<strong> FAUT<\/strong> g\u00e9rer la pression. La deuxi\u00e8me partie insiste sur le \u00ab\u00a0mental\u00a0\u00bb avec cette id\u00e9e force que si on ne peut pas changer une situation, on peut changer le regard qu&rsquo;on y porte.<\/p>\n<p>Puis viennent de nombreuses fiches tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9crites et simples \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre \u00ab\u00a0sur le terrain\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9sentant des techniques respiratoires, de relaxation, de visualisation &#8230; contribuant \u00e0 la gestion de la pression. Le CD audio sert de support \u00e0 ces techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la derni\u00e8re partie est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aspect strat\u00e9gique : comment combiner ces techniques pour g\u00e9rer la pression avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s une comp\u00e9tition ? Et ce, en fonction du profil et des r\u00e9ponses physiques ou physiques de tout un chacun. L&rsquo;auteur offre enfin les cl\u00e9s pour b\u00e2tir son propre programme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement sur 6 semaines.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai pas l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre sp\u00e9cialement stress\u00e9 avant une comp\u00e9tition mais j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre certaines des techniques pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es et j&rsquo;en ressens d\u00e9j\u00e0 un certain bien-\u00eatre.
