Cette fois-ci il s&rsquo;agit des produits de la marque Duo Tonic. Des produits simples et bien con\u00e7ues (par des fran\u00e7ais). Des bouteilles doseuses faciles \u00e0 utiliser. J&rsquo;aurais une gamme compl\u00e8te : fruits rouges pour avant la course, citron pendant la course et chocolat \u00e0 mixer avec du lait pour la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement est tout trouv\u00e9 puisqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit du trail des lumi\u00e8res : 32 km et 800 D+.<\/p>\n<h2>Avant la course<\/h2>\n<p>Le protocole conseille de boire une litre de pr\u00e9paration par jour pour les deux jours qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de la course. Ayant toujours une gourde de 500 ml sur mon bureau au travail pour boire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, je la remplis avec la solution et 500 ml d&rsquo;eau. Le dosage est simple : la bouteille est gradu\u00e9e, pas besoin d&rsquo;outil de mesure. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup le go\u00fbt des fruits rouges, la solution de malto passe vraiment bien. On dirait un sirop \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau en moins sucr\u00e9. c&rsquo;est plaisant \u00e0 boire (surtout quand on boit toujours de l&rsquo;eau). Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, quand j&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois une cure de malto avant la course, les solutions en poudre n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas si abouti et la dilution n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas aussi simple. Cela donnait parfois une texture un peu sablonneuse \/ farineuse (pas facile \u00e0 d\u00e9crire).<\/p>\n<h2>Pendant la course<\/h2>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais pr\u00e9par\u00e9 deux flasques de 500 ml de boisson isotonique au citron en plus des 2 litres d&rsquo;eau de ma poche d&rsquo;eau, je tablais sur 4 heures de course environ. La protocole propose de boire 500 ml par heure de course. Mais j&rsquo;avais \u00e9galement quelques p\u00e2tes de fruits et des barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. J&rsquo;ai bu effectivement une flasque de 500 ml toutes les 2 heures. Apr\u00e8s 3 heures de course, il n&rsquo;y avait que la boisson isotonique ou l&rsquo;eau qui passait, j&rsquo;avoue que je n&rsquo;avais plus envie de manger de sucre \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 et pourtant la boisson passait tr\u00e8s bien. J&rsquo;ai altern\u00e9 eau et boisson isotonique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin. Forc\u00e9ment on finit toujours fatigu\u00e9 mais j&rsquo;\u00e9tais mieux que d&rsquo;habitude : il m&rsquo;arrive d&rsquo;avoir le muscle mass\u00e9ter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bloqu\u00e9 en fin de course. Cela n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas.<\/p>\n<h2>Apr\u00e8s la course<\/h2>\n<p>Direct en rentrant de la course, j&rsquo;ai pris un grand verre de lait avec la solution au chocolat pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Bon j&rsquo;avoue que c&rsquo;est loin de mon petit chocolat chaud Van Houten du samedi matin quand je d\u00e9jeune tranquillement avec les enfants mais \u00e7a se boit bien et \u00e9trangement juste apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort alors que je me tournerais plus naturellement vers de l&rsquo;eau. Le lait passe bien.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, je suis compl\u00e9tement satisfait des 3 produits, je suis plut\u00f4t bien sorti de ce trail et j&rsquo;ai bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 dans les 2 jours qui ont suivi. Au niveau go\u00fbt, \u00e7a passe tr\u00e8s bien. Les bouteilles sont simples \u00e0 utiliser, la cible est claire avec la d\u00e9nomination : avant \/ pendant \/ apr\u00e8s.
