Vous savez qu&rsquo;il reste 2 ou 3 kilom\u00e8tres. Vous scrutez votre chronom\u00e8tre et la distance parcourue sur votre GPS.<\/p>\n<p>Votre rythme commence \u00e0 ralentir, pourtant vous avez l&rsquo;impression de maintenir&#8230; Impossible de comprendre ce qui se se passe, vous n&rsquo;arrivez pas \u00e0 relancer, votre moteur diesel est bloqu\u00e9 et soit la montre d\u00e9conne soit vous \u00eates en train de passer en mode escargot.<\/p>\n<p>Vous essayez de forcer un peu mais plus rien de r\u00e9pond, la t\u00eate veut mais les jambes passent l&rsquo;une devant l&rsquo;autre toujours au m\u00eame rythme et sans demander votre avis. Vous avancez toujours mais si vous en croyez votre montre qui vous donne l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> votre heure d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue commence \u00e0 prendre du plomb dans l&rsquo;aile. \u00e7a fait un moment que vous courez et vous avez de plus en plus de mal \u00e0 faire les calculs&#8230; peu importe vous finirez quand vous finirez&#8230; vous commencez \u00e0 entendre la sono de la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le doute vous activez la fonction retour au d\u00e9part de votre montre pour \u00e9valuer ce qu&rsquo;il reste.
