Si vous courez le soir, un petit coupe-vent ne sera pas de trop pour ne pas prendre l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 qui tombe avec la nuit.<\/p>\n<p>Cette p\u00e9riode signe souvent la fin de la saison, m\u00eame si il y a toujours la possibilit\u00e9 de faire des courses tous les week-end. Profitez de cette p\u00e9riode pour vous reposer, variez les activit\u00e9s : piscine, sport en salle, v\u00e9lo. Travaillez sans objectif pour entretenir la machine.<\/p>\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;aimez pas courir la nuit ? Essayez de profiter de la pause d\u00e9jeuner pour aller faire un petit footing.
