Tout simplement car je n&rsquo;ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 vigilant avec mon hydratation et je buvais avant et apr\u00e8s mais pas pendant, tout simplement car je n&rsquo;arrive pas \u00e0 boire. Et quand on commence \u00e0 allonger les dur\u00e9es et le kilom\u00e9trage, cela devient un vrai probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, votre corps est largement compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau. L&rsquo;eau que vous buvez, permet de renouveler et de compenser l&rsquo;eau que vous perdez pendant l&rsquo;effort mais \u00e0 tout moment de la journ\u00e9e. Prendre l&rsquo;habitude de boire durant la journ\u00e9e mais aussi pendant l&rsquo;effort est primordial. Il faut boire avant d&rsquo;avoir soif, cela est encore plus vrai quand il fait chaud car la forte sudation augmente la perte d&rsquo;eau de votre corps.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut noter qu&rsquo;une perte de 1% de votre poids du \u00e0 une d\u00e9shydratation fait baisser vos performances de plus de 10%. En fonction de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 et de la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure, la course \u00e0 pied peut vous faire perdre de 1 \u00e0 2,5 litres d&rsquo;eau par heure. Imaginez les cons\u00e9quences d&rsquo;un marathon si vous ne buvez pas correctement tout au long de la course.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, la solution id\u00e9ale est de courir avec un sac d&rsquo;hydratation avec une poche \u00e0 eau. C&rsquo;est simple \u00e0 utiliser, vous pouvez boire tout au long de l&rsquo;effort avec des petites gorg\u00e9es. Je vous conseille de l&rsquo;utiliser sur toutes vos sorties de plus d&rsquo;une heure. Pour les <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainements<\/a> plus courts, il est recommand\u00e9 de s&rsquo;hydrater correctement durant les 2 \/ 3 heures qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent, toujours en buvant par petites gorg\u00e9es.
