Personnellement je n&rsquo;ai pas l&rsquo;impression et je prend bien plus de plaisir en travaillant le rel\u00e2chement. Depuis quelques temps, j&rsquo;ai vraiment de bonnes sensations, cela ne se traduit pas par des performances hors normes mais par une impression de glisser. Tout est naturel, rien n&rsquo;est forc\u00e9. Et je me suis aper\u00e7u que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais plus d\u00e9tendu sur ma course. Bien s\u00fbr, je fais attention \u00e0 bien <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/soigner-foulee-40074.html\">soigner ma foul\u00e9e<\/a> et ne pas ressembler \u00e0 un pantin d\u00e9sarticul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En ressentant cette sensation par hasard, j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de la maitriser ou de retrouver les conditions qui m\u2019am\u00e8nent \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de bien \u00eatre o\u00f9 mes pas s&rsquo;enchainent naturellement sans forcer. Cet \u00e9tat est tout \u00e0 fait int\u00e9ressant car j&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 avoir une vitesse correcte tout en ayant des battements relativement bas. Je n&rsquo;ai pas l&rsquo;impression de d\u00e9penser trop d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Une chose est s\u00fbre impossible de trouver cet \u00e9tat dans la premi\u00e8re demi-heure. Je le sais durant les 30 premi\u00e8res minutes, je lutte je ne suis pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise. Une fois cette phase pass\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est plus agr\u00e9able et je peux commencer \u00e0 travailler mon rel\u00e2chement.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de trouver une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pente descendante pour parvenir \u00e0 trouver son rythme, essayez d&rsquo;avoir une foul\u00e9e propre et se d\u00e9tendre, anticipez les changements pour les adoucir, gardez un rythme constant.<\/p>\n<p>En commen\u00e7ant en descente, Je suis parvenu depuis peu \u00e0 atteindre cet \u00e9tat sur le plat.
