Cette pierre c&rsquo;est le labo <a href=\" http:\/\/www.nutratletic.com\">NUTRATLETIC<\/a> &#8211; dont j&rsquo;avais test\u00e9 les produits r\u00e9cemment &#8211; qui me la fournit par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;un article paru sur son site :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nutratletic.com\/comparatif_boissons_gels_energetiques.html\">http:\/\/www.nutratletic.com\/comparatif_boissons_gels_energetiques.html<\/a>\u00a0. Article tr\u00e8s instructif que je te convie\u00a0\u00e0 lire.\u00a0Il va sans dire qu&rsquo;il est port\u00e9 par une entreprise \u00e9tant partie dans le d\u00e9bat, mais il s&rsquo;appuie sur des \u00e9tudes th\u00e9oriques et cliniques.<\/p>\n<p>En deux mots, l&rsquo;article aborde la comparaison sous 3 angles : les besoins en glucides, les besoins en sodium et les troubles digestifs (l\u00e0, je peux apporter mon t\u00e9moignage ! vu comment j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 mal apr\u00e8s mon MDP 2009 couru aux gels).<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 glucides et c\u00f4t\u00e9 sodium, il appara\u00eet que les besoins \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort ne sont pas couverts par les dosages recommand\u00e9s par les fabricants de gels : 3 tubes par heure seraient n\u00e9cessaires pour les glucides et &#8230; 14 (oui 14) pour le sodium. Alors que les boissons, quelle que soit leur provenance &#8211; si tant est qu&rsquo;elle soit s\u00e9rieuse &#8211; couvrent ces besoins si l&rsquo;on suit leur recommandation de dosage.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les troubles digestifs, selon une \u00e9tude comparative r\u00e9cente et \u00e0 dosages \u00e9quivalents, les gels sont sources de troubles pour 10 \u00e0 20% de leurs consommateurs alors que les boissons ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent aucun trouble. Content de savoir que je ne suis pas tout seul \u00e0 ne pas supporter les gels.<\/p>\n<p>Ami marathonien ou fan d&rsquo;ultra, que penses-tu de tout cela ?
