On avance, on regarde l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> et on voit que tout se passe bien. Mais en courant vous pratiquez l&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme, c&rsquo;est un sport o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9cision du geste est importante. Bien s\u00fbr, ce n&rsquo;est pas le saut hauteur ou m\u00eame le saut \u00e0 la perche, mais votre gestuelle est tout aussi importante.<\/p>\n<p>Alors non je ne crois pas \u00e0 la recette magique, qui une fois appliqu\u00e9e, vous permettra de courir de mani\u00e8re optimum : moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, plus vite, &#8230; Chaque coureur est diff\u00e9rent, chaque foul\u00e9e est diff\u00e9rente, il vaut mieux soigner sa foul\u00e9e qu&rsquo;imiter une \u00ab\u00a0foul\u00e9e id\u00e9ale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;autre jour, sur une s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> et apr\u00e8s quelques r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 fatiguer, j&rsquo;avais de plus en plus de mal \u00e0 atteindre la fourchette d&rsquo;allure pr\u00e9vu dans mon plan d&rsquo;entrainement. J&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre en fin de course, \u00e0 ce moment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on se jette \u00e0 corps perdu dans les derniers hectom\u00e8tres avec un cerveau compl\u00e9tement d\u00e9connect\u00e9. Sur l&rsquo;une des derni\u00e8res r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre un pantin d\u00e9sarticul\u00e9 et je me suis fait la remarque.<\/p>\n<p>Puis je me suis repris en main, \u00ab\u00a0tiens toi droit, allonge la foul\u00e9e, ne fais pas n&rsquo;importe quoi avec tes bras,&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb et je me suis lanc\u00e9 sur une nouvelle r\u00e9p\u00e9tition en pensant plus \u00e0 ma posture qu&rsquo;a mon allure, quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais bien dans le rythme, j&rsquo;ai jet\u00e9 un oeil sur le chrono et j&rsquo;\u00e9tais largement dans le haut de la fourchette. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais plus facile, plus concentr\u00e9, plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute du mouvement et le contraste \u00e9tait saisissant. J&rsquo;ai fini ma s\u00e9ance fatigu\u00e9 mais satisfait.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail en plan d&rsquo;entrainement sur la <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> et sur la base de diff\u00e9rentes allures (100%, 85%,&#8230;) est int\u00e9ressant.
