Que les grincheux passent ici et tout de suite leur chemin sans aller plus loin, car, malheureusement pour eux, une fois encore, je vais jouer le thurif\u00e9raire.<\/p>\n<p>Oui, apr\u00e8s\u00a02 grosses\u00a0semaines d&rsquo;utilisation intensive, incluant les 4 premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances de mon plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brunoheubi.com\">Bruno Heubi <\/a>pour le Marathon de Paris, je n&rsquo;ai pas perdu une once d&rsquo;enthousiasme, bien au contraire, celui-ci s&rsquo;est encore accru.<\/p>\n<p>Vite fait, la liste des 10 s\u00e9ances effectu\u00e9es depuis mon dernier article sur le sujet : 12x200m <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> sur route, 1h endurance fondamentale sur route, 1h r\u00e9cup, 8x800m sur piste, 26km \u00e0 <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> marathon sur route, 5&#215;250\/5&#215;200\/5&#215;150 VMA sur route, 3&#215;12 min \u00e0 90% de VMA sur route, 1h r\u00e9cup, 1h endurance fondamentale sur route et une sortie longue de 2h sur route dont 30 min \u00e0 allure marathon. Que celui qui estime qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s ces s\u00e9ances vari\u00e9es, je n&rsquo;ai toujours pas acquis le droit de donner un avis circonstanci\u00e9, l\u00e8ve le doigt &#8230; que je puisse l&rsquo;ajuster plus facilement \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Oui, je me r\u00e9p\u00e8te, je suis toujours aussi satisfait de ces Stability Trainer. Sans forcer ni faire d&rsquo;effort particulier &#8211; surtout, ne pas essayer de courir sur l&rsquo;avant en exag\u00e9rant le mouvement mais laisser faire les chaussures ! &#8211; ni me faire souffrir d&rsquo;une quelconque douleur aux mollets ou aux cuisses, ma foul\u00e9e lourde et \u00ab\u00a0talonneuse\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;est progressivement modifi\u00e9e pour adopter une attaque de l&rsquo;avant du pied, bien plus efficace et surtout\u00a0source d&rsquo;une \u00a0agr\u00e9able sensation de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 en course. Sensation qui se traduit dans les faits par une fatigue nettement moindre. Mes 26 km \u00e0 13,5 km\/h m&rsquo;en ont sembl\u00e9 deux fois moins ou presque \ud83d\ude42\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ne nous m\u00e9prenons pas ! Je ne cours quand m\u00eame pas comme Bolt en finale des Mondiaux, sur les pointes.\u00a0Ce qui serait d&rsquo;ailleurs prodigieusement inefficace sur un marathon.\u00a0C&rsquo;est juste qu&rsquo;au lieu de frapper la route avec le talon en premier, je pose aujourd&rsquo;hui d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;avant du pied, ce qui au niveau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est bien plus efficace en terme de reprise d&rsquo;effort. Ma foul\u00e9e s&rsquo;est \u00e9galement raccourcie et sollicite moins les muscles des jambes :\u00a0plus \u00e9nergique, plus efficace, plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La R\u00e9manence de l&rsquo;Effet Newton<\/strong> : ce qui est prodigieux &#8211; c&rsquo;est de l&rsquo;enthousiasme, remplacez le terme par \u00ab\u00a0sympa\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0bien\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0int\u00e9ressant\u00a0\u00bb si cela vous chante et que vous pensez toujours que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9 -, c&rsquo;est que cette nouvelle foul\u00e9e, acquise avec une facilit\u00e9 d\u00e9concertante car naturellement, est maintenant \u00ab\u00a0permanente\u00a0\u00bb. Juste avant de r\u00e9diger cet article, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9-enfil\u00e9 dimanche soir ma paire pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, pour une sortie test d&rsquo;une demi-heure et je me suis rendu compte que j&rsquo;attaquais toujours avec l&rsquo;avant du pied, chose que je ne faisais jamais auparavant avec ces chaussures. Je les ai m\u00eame d\u00e9couvertes sous un nouveau jour.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/newtonusure.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4007\" title=\"newtonusure\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/newtonusure-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/newtonusure-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/newtonusure-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/newtonusure.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Certains ont \u00e9mis des doutes, dans les commentaires li\u00e9s \u00e0 mes articles pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, sur la <strong>durabilit\u00e9 de la semelle<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s une centaine de kilom\u00e8tres sur route, rev\u00eatement tr\u00e8s abrasif s&rsquo;il en est, les \u00ab\u00a0patins\u00a0\u00bb situ\u00e9s sous la semelle ne sont que tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s\u00a0l\u00e9g\u00e8rement arrondis sur le bord d&rsquo;attaque (voir photo) mais rien de bien m\u00e9chant a priori et sans \u00e9volution depuis de nombreux kilom\u00e8tres. A part cette minuscule zone, aucune usure n&rsquo;est constat\u00e9e. On a coutume de dire qu&rsquo;une paire de chaussures doit \u00eatre chang\u00e9e tous les 800 km. Je pense que la Stability Trainer les atteindra sans probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Bizarrement, ce n&rsquo;est pas tant en VMA &#8211; o\u00f9 pourtant j&rsquo;ai gagn\u00e9 des secondes &#8211; ou en EMA, que j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie le plus ces chaussures. Car dans ce type de s\u00e9ances, quelle que soit la chaussure, la tendance est forc\u00e9ment \u00e0 courir sur l&rsquo;avant du pied pour aller vite et l&rsquo;effort \u00e0 fournir est important, Newton ou pas.\u00a0En fait, ce sont les sorties longues qui me permettent vraiment de tirer toute la quintessence des Stability Trainer : foul\u00e9e plus efficace, plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, moins gourmande en effort = fatigue moindre, facilit\u00e9\u00a0et surtout maintien de la pose avant du pied &#8211; puisque c&rsquo;est la chaussure qui \u00ab\u00a0oblige\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 le faire et non un quelconque effort de ma part que je saurais pas maintenir aussi\u00a0longtemps &#8211;\u00a0pendant toute la s\u00e9ance, donc constance dans la foul\u00e9e durant 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis donc tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s confiant pour mon Marathon de Paris que je courrai en Newton, c&rsquo;est certain ! Et, \u00e0 l&rsquo;attention des grincheux, s&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont pas quitt\u00e9 l&rsquo;article plus t\u00f4t, j&rsquo;affirme, que cela les chagrine ou pas, qu&rsquo;au milieu de ce concert de louanges, je n&rsquo;ai pas &#8211; encore &#8211; de b\u00e9mol \u00e0 \u00e9mettre.
