Pause tr\u00e8s relative puisque j&rsquo;ai fait du v\u00e9lo de route. J&rsquo;avais profit\u00e9 des soldes pour mettre la main sur un bon v\u00e9lo \u00e0 moindre prix. Il est vrai qu&rsquo;en course \u00e0 pied, une bonne paire de chaussures est importante mais cela ne fera pas la diff\u00e9rence. En v\u00e9lo, je peux vous assurer qu&rsquo;avoir un bon v\u00e9lo peut vous changer la vie et il sera plus facile d&rsquo;aligner les kilom\u00e8tres et de monter quelques cols.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un bon v\u00e9lo et sans <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> sp\u00e9cifique, vous \u00eates tout de suite \u00e0 25 km\/h sur le plat. cela devient tr\u00e8s grisant d&rsquo;avaler les kilom\u00e8tres. En plus de \u00e7a, j&rsquo;ai pris le jeu de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/se-lancer-defis-strava-39324.html\">Strava<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai explorer les routes autour de chez moi pour trouver les fameux segments, j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des tours (de plus en plus grand) en essayant de passer par un maximum de segments. A chaque sortie, on joue le jeu : on roule tranquille entre les segments et quand on passe sur la partie chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9e, on l\u00e2che les watts et on se lance \u00e0 fond dans la mont\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 j&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 que les routards du tour de France \u00e9taient des v\u00e9ritables for\u00e7ats quand j&rsquo;ai le malheur d&rsquo;avoir une c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 8% de moyenne, j&rsquo;imagine mal me faire des cols de 15 kilom\u00e8tres.
