En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ce sont des \u00e9tudiants qui ont besoin de se faire la main, rien de tel pour se faire qu&rsquo;un sportif qui vient de parcourir un certain nombres de kilom\u00e8tres&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez peut \u00eatre entendu parl\u00e9 de <strong>Foam Rolling<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est une autre fa\u00e7on de s&rsquo;\u00e9tirer et de masser les muscles.
