Ce clich\u00e9 est tellement courant que m\u00eame un non sportif sait qu&rsquo;il faut manger des p\u00e2tes avant une course. Il faut dire que depuis les choses ont bien \u00e9volu\u00e9&#8230; L&rsquo;apport des sucres lents est important \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche d&rsquo;un effort long. Les boissons \u00e0 base de maltodextrine sont conseill\u00e9es pour \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es dans les 3 jours qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent un effort long.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne veux pas rentrer dans le d\u00e9tail des effets, du contenu, &#8230; je ne suis pas nutritionniste et je n&rsquo;ai pas les connaissances scientifiques pour expliquer correctement l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le corps humain d&rsquo;une cure de ce produit. Je me place comme un utilisateur lambda qui explore son sport.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait des cures de maltodextrine, difficile de mesurer les effets. Une course d&rsquo;un jour apr\u00e8s plusieurs semaines de pr\u00e9paration, c&rsquo;est la conjonction de dizaines de facteurs : forme du moment, qualit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration, \u00e9tat de stress, m\u00e9t\u00e9o,&#8230; et j&rsquo;en passe. Ce n&rsquo;est pas la cure de maltodextrine qui va par magie compenser votre manque d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> sur des sorties longues. L&rsquo;endurance est un sport exigeant o\u00f9 chaque d\u00e9tail est important.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut donc \u00eatre rigoureux car chaque d\u00e9tail ne vous fera pas gagner du temps mais n\u00e9gliger un d\u00e9tail pour faire que tout s&rsquo;\u00e9croule. L&rsquo;alimentation est l&rsquo;un de ces d\u00e9tails aussi bien avant la course que pendant la course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punch Power<\/strong> propose une gamme bio et sans gluten, je n&rsquo;ai pas d&rsquo;intol\u00e9rance au gluten donc ce n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment un point important mais c&rsquo;est toujours un plus. J&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement le gout fruits rouges, une not\u00e9 fruit\u00e9 douce avec de la framboise et du cassis qui agr\u00e9mente tr\u00e8s bien le gout neutre du maltodextrine. J&rsquo;ai pris 3 x 500 ml par jour pendant 3 jours en plus d&rsquo;une alimentation tout \u00e0 fait normale. je n&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 des p\u00e2tes que la vieille (c&rsquo;est plus une vieille habitude qu&rsquo;une v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie).<\/p>\n<p>Au final sur mon test lors du X-Terra, j&rsquo;ai plut\u00f4t bien tenu la distance mais j&rsquo;ai fait l&rsquo;erreur de prendre une gourde sur le VTT et compte tenu de la difficult\u00e9 du parcours, il \u00e9tait difficile de prendre la gourde et de s&rsquo;alimenter. Si j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 sentir la fatigue au bout de 2h30, c&rsquo;est que j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 a m&rsquo;alimenter correctement au bout de 2h00 lors du ravitaillement.
