Les mouvements \u00e9taient diff\u00e9rents m\u00eame si le travail d&rsquo;endurance reste le m\u00eame, les premiers m\u00e8tres sont un peu d\u00e9routants. Au lieu de faire une sortie longue de v\u00e9lo ou de course \u00e0 pied, je coupe en deux avec une premi\u00e8re partie de v\u00e9lo et une seconde partie de course \u00e0 pied. Il ne faut pas prendre le temps de faire une pause et enchainer directement sur la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>Derni\u00e8rement, je faisais 1h30 de v\u00e9lo et environ 50 minutes de course \u00e0 pied. Histoire de caler un effort assez similaire \u00e0 celui que je vais faire le jour de mon premier triathlon.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la premi\u00e8re partie, aucun surprise, vous remarquerez par la suite que le v\u00e9lo fait un excellent \u00e9chauffement. Apr\u00e8s je fais une transition en passant a la maison, juste le temps d&rsquo;entrer, de changer de chaussures, d&rsquo;enlever le casque, de prendre une casquette&#8230; et c&rsquo;est reparti.<\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res sensations sont assez bizarres, les jambes tournent encore alors qu&rsquo;elles doivent courir. J&rsquo;aimerais me filmer pour voir les premi\u00e8res foul\u00e9es et au bout de quelques m\u00e8tres, les jambes se calent et la foul\u00e9e devient tout de suite rythm\u00e9e. Logique on vient de faire un bon \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9chauffement\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A chaque fois, je suis agr\u00e9ablement surpris par le rythme que je peux imprimer apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de v\u00e9lo. Mon corps a trouv\u00e9 son rythme d&rsquo;endurance, le coeur est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien en route, la transition fut courte et j&rsquo;enchaine directement sur la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>Mais \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de course \u00e0 pied simple, la fatigue arrive plus vite et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il faut apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer cet effort plus long, j&rsquo;avoue que je n&rsquo;ose pas imaginer l&rsquo;\u00e9tat physique lorsqu&rsquo;un athl\u00e8te entame le marathon d&rsquo;un ironman&#8230; c&rsquo;est surr\u00e9aliste de penser arriver au bout&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ce que je retiens de la d\u00e9couverte de ces s\u00e9ances, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;hiver prochain, il n&rsquo;est pas impossible que je fasse du v\u00e9lo d&rsquo;appartement pendant 10 &#8211; 15 minutes avant d&rsquo;aller courir pour \u00eatre bien \u00e9chauffer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/enchainer-les-entrainements-velo-course-pied-39383.html\"><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/cardio-cycling-150x150.jpg\" class=\"alignleft tfe wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/cardio-cycling-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/cardio-cycling-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><p>Les sp\u00e9cialistes m&rsquo;avaient pr\u00e9venu, pour se pr\u00e9parer correctement \u00e0 un triathlon, il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 enchainer les entrainements v\u00e9lo et course \u00e0 pied.
