C&rsquo;est largement suffisant pour aller courir 40 minutes au moins.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 votre digestion, la pause d\u00e9jeuner est plut\u00f4t bien plac\u00e9. Votre petit d\u00e9jeuner est bien dig\u00e9r\u00e9, je vous conseille de prendre une barre de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales vers 11h pour \u00eatre au top.<\/p>\n<p>Commencer plut\u00f4t votre <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> vers 12h pour ne pas trop retarder votre d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9alement si vous avez des douches au travail, c&rsquo;est le top sinon il faudra trouver une solution et c&rsquo;est le seul point bloquant. Vous pouvez par exemple prendre un abonnement \u00e0 la piscine pr\u00e8s de votre travail. La technique est simple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je rentre \u00e0 la piscine avec mon sac<\/li>\n<li>Je me change pour me mettre en tenue de coureur<\/li>\n<li>Je mets mes affaires dans un casier et je ressors (en prenant la cl\u00e9 du casier et\u00a0 ma carte d&rsquo;abonnement)<\/li>\n<li>Je vais courir<\/li>\n<li>Je reviens \u00e0 la piscine<\/li>\n<li>Je me mets en maillot de bain pour aller prendre ma douche<\/li>\n<li>Je me change en habits de ville<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et le tour est jou\u00e9&#8230; j&rsquo;avoue ce n&rsquo;est pas simple mais cela vous permettra de temps en temps, quand il ne fait pas beau de faire une s\u00e9ance de natation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certaines villes, vous pourrez peut \u00eatre trouver des bains-douches ou voir dans une salle de sport pour avoir un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 avec juste la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre une douche et d&rsquo;utiliser le vestiaire.<\/p>\n<p>Quand tous les petits probl\u00e8mes logistiques seront r\u00e9solus, vous pourrez vous entrainer l&rsquo;esprit libre. Vous ferez que m\u00eame si vous courrez 30 minutes, cela fera une vraie pause au milieu de la journ\u00e9e et vous reprendrez le travail frais et disponible. Cela changera du restaurant d&rsquo;entreprise avec les coll\u00e8gues qui parlent de la r\u00e9union du matin ou du projet qui est en cours de finalisation.<\/p>\n<p>Evadez-vous !<\/p>\n<p>Qui pratique ?
