Commencez doucement sans forc\u00e9ment descendre jusqu&rsquo;en bas d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but et \u00e0 force de pratiquer vous allez pouvoir vous am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n<p>Prenez votre temps, ne grillez pas les \u00e9tapes, r\u00e9agissez en fonction de vos sensations. Essayez de faire un petit peu plus \u00e0 chaque s\u00e9ance en nombre et en qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le mouvement est assez ludique et quand vous serez plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise vous pourrez la faire rouler en diagonale plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en face de vous pour travailler plus particuli\u00e8rement les obliques.<\/p>\n<p>Un outil finalement tout simple et tr\u00e8s efficace.
