Je ne me suis jamais mis \u00e0 la recherche de la recette miracle mais j&rsquo;aime bien test\u00e9 les go\u00fbts, les textures et l&rsquo;effet sur mon syst\u00e8me digestif. En suite au niveau du r\u00e9sultat sur la performance, impossible de se prononcer sur un simple test.<\/p>\n<h2>A la cuisine<\/h2>\n<p>Avant de manger, il va falloir travailler un peu. En cuisinier averti, la r\u00e9alisation de ce g\u00e2teau ne m&rsquo;a pas fait peur cependant une petite pr\u00e9cision sur les dosages qui ne sont pas clairs selon moi. En effet, sur la boite il est bien indiqu\u00e9 que la boite contient 3 parts (sous entendu 3 morceaux de gateaux \u00e0 consommer avant l&rsquo;effort). Dans les informations, ils mixent l&rsquo;histoire des 3 parts et la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau qu&rsquo;il faut ajouter&#8230; bref j&rsquo;ai eu un doute. Il faut bien m\u00e9langer soit l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la boite du <strong>biocake chocolat sans gluten<\/strong> avec 200 ml d&rsquo;eau ou un tiers de la boite avec 66 ml d&rsquo;eau pour faire une seule part.<\/p>\n<p>Comme je suis un peu fain\u00e9ant et plut\u00f4t bien \u00e9quip\u00e9, c&rsquo;est le robot qui a m\u00e9lang\u00e9 la pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;eau. Ensuite je l&rsquo;ai mis dans un four a 180 degr\u00e9s. A 25 minutes, j&rsquo;ai plant\u00e9 un couteau et le c\u0153ur \u00e9tait encore coulant (pas pratique \u00e0 manger). Une heure et quart avant la course, je commence \u00e0 manger ma part (1\/3 du g\u00e2teau que vous voyez en photo). Le gout en chocolat est parfait, la texture n&rsquo;est pas celle d&rsquo;un g\u00e2teau fondant au chocolat fait maison mais c&rsquo;est tout de m\u00eame plaisant. Je mange doucement en me rendant au retrait des dossards et en buvant \u00e9galement un peu d&rsquo;eau. Un peu avant le d\u00e9part, tout est bien pass\u00e9. Je vais tenir sans souci jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ravitaillement avec de l&rsquo;eau fraiche. J&rsquo;ai juste pris un gel au bout d&rsquo;1h50 de course. Et surtout au niveau digestif, je n&rsquo;ai eu aucun souci.<\/p>\n<h2 data-wpview-pad=\"1\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Au final, un go\u00fbt sympa, une texture assez proche d&rsquo;un g\u00e2teau avec p\u00e9pites. Aucun souci au niveau de la digestion, aucun lourdeur dans l&rsquo;estomac au d\u00e9part malgr\u00e9 le fait de l&rsquo;avoir mang\u00e9 une heure avant. La formule est tentante&#8230; \u00e0 confirmer.
